Qualifications: A candidate for the position of teaching associate in the Department of Kinesiology must meet the following minimum qualifications
* Admission to the Graduate Program in the Department of Kinesiology, in good academic standing.
* Minimum GPA 3.0
* Enrollment in at least 6-units for the semester or in two courses toward the degree.
* Demonstrated, satisfactory progress towards the degree.
* Ability to relate well with others within the academic environment and have the ability or potential to learn how to instruct and evaluate students.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Ranch Hand to support daily operations on our ranch. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform a wide variety of ranch tasks-from livestock care to fieldwork and equipment maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist with cattle processing, calving, and doctoring.
Train and shoe horses as needed.
Operate and maintain irrigation pivots for crop watering.
Cut, rake, bale, and haul hay.
Prepare and work fields; assist with planting operations.
Build and maintain fences around ranch property.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks, tractors, and other farm equipment.
Handle other ranch-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Previous ranch, farm, or similar agricultural experience preferred.
Ability to work with cattle and horses safely and confidently.
Basic knowledge of horse training and horseshoeing techniques.
Familiarity with irrigation systems, particularly pivot systems.
Experience operating tractors and hay equipment.
General mechanic skills for troubleshooting and repairing vehicles and farm equipment.
Physically fit and able to handle demanding, outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Frequent heavy lifting, bending, and manual labor.
Long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What You'll Do
Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children with a wide range of diagnoses
Conduct evaluations and develop evidence-based, functional goals (SLPs)
Collaborate with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team
Track and document client progress using a therapist-friendly EHR
Educate families on strategies for carryover into everyday routines
Make therapy engaging, play-based, and outcome-focused
Who You Are
SLPs: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active (or eligible) California license
SLPAs: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology with California SLPA license
Passionate about working with children and helping families
Strong communicator with collaborative mindset
Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a clinic-based setting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
