What You'll Do Production Associates in the Rover position stage materials, blend ingredients, package products, and/or assist with COP of equipment during scheduled cleaning periods. You'll follow established procedures in order to produce quality approved products. Demonstrating leadership in the area of safety, you'll be responsible for following, enforcing and practicing safe processes, encouraging safe work behaviors, and promptly correcting conditions and/or unsafe behavior, which may lead to accidents. Each team member continually endorses the Quality & Food Safety Policies, assures conformance to all requirements of the Safety Management Systems, & takes action to properly report failures of these systems to site management. Working from 300PM to 130AM, Monday-Thursday, Overtime is Available on Fridays Based on Production Goals. Prior electric pallet jack or lift truck operation and safety certification preferred. + Ability to maintain a good attendance record and availability for overtime. + Must be self-motivated and conscientious. + Ability to work well with a team and be cooperative. + Possess mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems. + Ability to complete certification requirements + Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.
