Robert “Bob” Gamgort serves as Chief Executive Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper (NYSE: KDP) and Executive Chairman of its Board. KDP was formed by the 2018 merger of Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple, creating a “Top 10” U.S. food and beverage company, with a portfolio of iconic hot and cold beverage brands. Before the merger, Bob served as CEO of Keurig Green Mountain (KGM), starting in 2016 when the company was taken private.

Prior to KGM, Bob enjoyed a 30+ year career in consumer products and entertainment, progressing through marketing, sales, strategy and general management roles at Kraft, as President of Major League Baseball Properties, North American President of Mars Inc. and CEO of Pinnacle Foods (NYSE: PF) - leading its successful IPO in 2013.

Bob holds an MBA in marketing and finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University.

Bob is currently a non-executive Director for Wayfair (NYSE:W).He has been recognized by the media for his influence in the fields of marketing, sports business and the beverage industry.

Fran Rathke is a CFO and C-Suite Advisor, recognized for her extensive and diverse leadership experience in entrepreneurial and consumer packaged goods companies. She has provided strategic insight and financial perspective that grew two companies rapidly from regional players to global leaders. Helped create two, industry-leading brands (Keurig, Ben & Jerry’s) recognized for their innovation, premium quality, and community engagement. Designed and integrated a metrics-based market research and analysis model to improve the quality of major strategic decisions and financial investments.

As a skilled Financial Executive Fran has helped top line growth through new sales and distribution arrangements, aggressively building/expanding product portfolio, and channel development; teamed with business development, legal and sales to negotiate brand partner and sales and distribution agreements. With her significant Wall Street connections and Investment Banking Relationships she has helped negotiate numerous credit facilities to finance global growth plans and operations. She has built high performance financial teams during periods of rapid expansion to support the business and ensure a strong internal control structure.

Fran has intense merger and acquisition experience including due diligence, negotiation and implementation of merger, sale, licensing and joint venture agreements. She is an active participant in Board meetings, Audit and Finance and Compensation Committee meetings and CEO search committees while CFO at two publicly traded companies. She sits as a Board Director and Chair of Audit Committee on a public NYSE company and a privately held energy company and is Board Trustee of a mutual funds company. She has deep expertise in matters of corporate governance, succession planning, insider trading policies, enterprise risk management and corporate communications.
