The CNG Driver will be responsible for the safe trucking of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) from the NexTier Hub in Pecos, TX to customer locations. This position will report directly to the PSL Operations Manager-Power Solutions. Brief Description: The CNG Specialist will contribute to the preventive maintenance, application, start-up and commissioning of NexTier Power Solutions CNG assets. The CNG Specialist will be knowledgeable of mechanical, automation, and operation. Including safe operation and best practices of the Power Solutions CNG equipment. This position reports directly to PSL Operations Manager-Power Solutions. Detailed Description: The safe and consistent maintenance of the company's permanent and portable CNG equipment/assets. Assists in monitoring the requirements of replacing parts by inspecting tools, hoses, iron and used parts. Provide leak detection service between stages and/or pulling pumps in/out. Troubleshoot equipment outages and get equipment online and operational. Rig up and rig down equipment at the start and end of each project, including transporting rig up/down equipment as needed. Visit customer locations as necessary for rig up/down, maintenance, check-ins, or service calls. Contribute to maintaining spare parts and materials inventory. Be prepared to swap hoses on pumps as needed. Restart equipment after shutdowns, assist in investigations to why unit's shutdown. Regularly monitor gas lines for leaks and integrity. Brief Description: The Dedicated Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and direct customer support by managing accounts, monitoring product performance, and driving product development initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring Ulterra's drilling solutions meet or exceed customer expectations through application analysis, field engagement, and engineering collaboration. The Dedicated Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and will closely collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams. Detailed Description: Establish and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts, serving as a technical point of contact. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge to support customer operations, including well programs, hydraulic programs, cost analysis, and bottom-hole assembly (BHA) recommendations. Identify benchmark bits for specific applications and evaluate comparative bit performance across runs. Maintain and prioritize a product development list to address performance opportunities. Monitor and analyze competitor performance in various drilling environments. Document strategy and bit performance by observing and analyzing dull bits. Provide technical analysis and support to the sales team and customer presentations. Deliver clear and data-driven operating parameter recommendations for Ulterra products. Interface regularly with the Engineering Department to communicate field performance and customer feedback. Collaborate to ensure that bits produced align with customer drilling needs. Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure on-time product shipments to customers. Support training of new sales personnel on technical products and application insights. Assist in generating sales reports and contributing to forecasts as required. Support the collections process by assisting in accounts receivables when needed. This position is responsible for promoting safety by developing, implementing, and overseeing HSE plans, programs, and objectives for one or more LOB(s) across domestic Marketplaces.
