Ensures the timely initiation and completion of work-tickets.
Assists with the achievement of financial goals within assigned area by optimizing headcount and equipment reliability through use of appropriate repair and maintenance schedules and processes.
Manages cost in all areas of influence.

Job Description
Develops and executes the SE Lean Management System Deployment within Division Site or function, working with the Site Leader or Functional leader. Lean methodology is focused on building a disciplined operational review and execution system at value stream and site level. Key Responsibilities:
Compiles, edits and balances monthly volumetric.
Transmits volumes to various internal and external sources
Troubleshoots measurement deficiencies with supervisor, field personnel, and accounting groups.
Sets up new meter stations in measurement calculation system to insure volumes are calculated in accordance to contractual and industry guidelines.
Determines the appropriate placement of new and existing meters in physical flow balances.
Reviews meter calibrations with-in Test-it and applies volume correction per contract for current month measurement data and issue PPA's when warranted.
Reviews on-line gas chromatograph data for accuracy and completeness. Notifies field personnel of unit failure or tolerance exceptions.
Reviews Ultrasonic Meter (USM) data for accuracy and completeness. Review s USM log files and compares to history to identify possible performance degradation.
Manages liquid meter data, volumetric, ticketing, meter factors, etc. within FC. Files documents.
Develops a working knowledge and understanding of gas measurement. Resolves measurement and quality exceptions in the exception resolver. Manages monthly balance closing.
Develops and provides training to measurement analysts and other company personnel as needed. Acts as first point of contact for measurement analysts before escalating questions to measurement manager.

Reviews all root cause analysis results to determine effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions with regard to compliance issues. Recommends additional actions, when required. Reports results to P&L Management, as required. (~10%)
Monitors effectiveness of ASC SAP and third-party software systems and the integration of trade compliance. Identifies opportunities to maximize automation of import & export transactions within SAP for trade compliance purposes. (~10%)
Consults with the Chief Compliance Officer on matters related to US Government regulations in coordination with the Trade Compliance Specialist and the P&LD Manager.
Ensures that all ASC departments and affiliates meet trade compliance regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
Reviews facts and investigates any identified violations or potential violations to trade compliance regulations. Prepares report and/or brief, included recommended mitigation action, for presentation to the P&LD Manager and the Chief Compliance Officer (when required)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
