The Operations Supervisor is an integral part of the operations team. They oversee many aspects of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to ensuring the operators follow proper safety protocol, onboarding and training new operators, and customer service to clients. The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations of the fabrication shop, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Lead and coordinate the work of welders, fitters, and other fabrication personnel. Review blueprints, specifications, and job orders to determine work assignments and material requirements. Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety standards (OSHA, API, ASME). Monitor production schedules and make adjustments to meet deadlines. Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to build a skilled and motivated workforce. Collaborate with Quality Control and Engineering teams to address nonconformance issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate production and performance records, including shift reports and labor tracking. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Assist with workforce planning, hiring recommendations, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience in fabrication, pipe mill, or heavy manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, including fitting, welding (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW), cutting, and finishing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of enforcing safety and quality standards. Familiarity with API/ASME codes and fabrication tolerances preferred. High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree a plus. Work Environment Fast-paced industrial setting in a heavy fabrication shop. Must be able to stand, walk, and supervise on the shop floor for extended periods. PPE required (hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, etc.).

Oversees trade compliance for P&LD and works in association with other departments (R&D, ITD, TSD, Upstream, PR, IR, etc.) and affiliate companies to provide support and assist in designing procedures to manage trade compliance activities. Trade compliance activities include U.S. regulations that govern the import and export of goods, materials, equipment, technology, and services to and from the U.S., as well as anti-bribery and corruption laws. Acts as an Empowered Official regarding licensing and compliance issues. SCOPE: Serves the AACO Supply Chain in North America and Saudi Aramco (SAO) worldwide. Key Scope Components: * Review and update of Compliance Manuals and procedures at least annually * Review and verify monthly compliance reports and metrics * Ensure trade compliance training on at least an annual basis for all AACO departments touched by trade compliance regulations PRINCIPAL DUTIES: * Performs all supervisory functions at the unit level as defined by management. This includes but is not limited to planning for jobs and delivering instructions to the crew based on the equipment needed and customer specifications, performing behavior based safety observations and routinely checking equipment for wear and tear that could be a hazard. This job requires 100% travel for approximately one month at a time. Interact with various stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner to maintain customer satisfaction on the jobsite. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Grows revenue by continually engaging customer decision makers in the service area to ensure they are aware of all of Key's offerings. * Promotes customer satisfaction, service quality and safety excellence by establishing high performance standards and delivers service that is on time, safe and efficient. * Provides market intelligence to market and area management. * Supports district growth initiatives by collaborating with Service Manager to determine necessary resources (people and assets) and engaging functional support teams as needed. * Manages a crew including hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions, consulting with HR on employee relations issues. * Leads the planning necessary for all jobs including instructions to the crew, review of equipment and supplies to provide high levels of customer satisfaction, as well as solve any issues by resolving conflict and/or escalating up to the appropriate level. * Drives safety culture through ensuring compliance with the safety management system including safety meetings, training, incident reporting, work-plan/JSA, RCA participation, Journey Management, BBS, action item completion, common operating guidelines and all other pertinent Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures. * Ensures the timely initiation and completion of work-tickets. * Assists with the achievement of financial goals within assigned area by optimizing headcount and equipment reliability through use of appropriate repair and maintenance schedules and processes. * Manages cost in all areas of influence. * Demonstrates limited knowledge of all service lines. * Conducts themselves in a professional manner as a Key representative with clients, employees, vendors, and third party service providers, while maintaining good working relationship with all stakeholders. * Performs other duties as determined by management. * Expands knowledge of other service lines. * Learns to sell within market. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Three to five years industry experience with a fundamental knowledge of customer base, multiple service lines, service quality, safety, and ability to drive multiple streams of revenue. * License to drive commercial equipment may be required. * Ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary. * Ability to resolve conflict and escalate issues when necessary. * Ability to recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities. * Ability to manage multiple crews in multiple service lines. * Demonstrates some ability to sell within market.
