Key Responsibilities:
When assigned to the sales floor:
* Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
* Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
* Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
* Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
When assigned to the cash wrap:
* Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently

About the Role
In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in product and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire and outfit the customer. You will offer information to the customer on current merchandise assortment, store promotions and events, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. General Compensation Disclosure
The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $1,000 - $4,000.
Pay Range:
$14.00-$16.53 Hourly
