As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for running for your own store. Used Vehicle Management: Assisting in the daily operations of the used vehicle department, including inventory acquisition, reconditioning, pricing, merchandising, and sales process optimization. 3. Business Development Center Management (BDC): Assisting in the management of the BDC team, including driving lead generation, monitoring and improving customer communication processes, and tracking sales performance metrics. 4.
