MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS:
Opening procedures including arriving at store before operating hours to deactivate security systems and preparing store for the day
End of day closing responsibilities such as counting cash, completing sales reports and activating security systems
Acting as team supervisor when management is absent from the store
Train new employees, delegate task to Beauty Consultants, monitor staff performance and assist with any staff queries throughout the shift
