A keyholder is in charge of opening and closing a store and performing other managerial work. Your job is to assist the customers when they need help and ensure that the store is clean and well organized. Your responsibilities include getting early to the store to open and start preparations for the day's work and handle the alarm system. You are to assist your teammates during periods of high customer volume and attend to customer requests or inquiries, set employee schedules, and offer support and training to new employees. You are also expected to identify problems with working conditions and report to the management.
You need a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years' retail experience to be considered for this job position. Apart from this, you need to possess excellent organization and time management skills. You must be presentable, diligent, have a friendly nature, and pay attention to details. Your average annual salary will be $25,756.
