We are hiring licensed Doctorate level Clinical Psychologists, in Fort Scott, KS, who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of elders to join our team. We offer treatment through both in-person and telehealth options. While in-person care is often most effective for residents in nursing homes, we serve rural areas where telehealth may be the best available option. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules available.
GeroPsych, the mental health division of Key Rehabilitation, Inc., is a group mental health practice based in Murfreesboro, TN. We partner with skilled nursing facilities across the Midwest, delivering psychological services to residents. Our services are designed to address the psychosocial challenges residents face, while promoting personal growth and a sense of purpose. Responsibilities
Clinical Psychologists will assess, diagnose, and treat residents in a long-term care setting.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
Education: Doctorate in Psychology
License: An active Kansas license
Other: Must adhere to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct and comply with all state and federal regulations while performing job responsibilities

About the Role:
As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals, families, and groups through various mental health challenges and life transitions. Therapist - High Complexity
The Recovery Cooperative welcomes clients with varying needs who are on the path to recovery from co-occurring addiction and mental illness. The Co-Op offers a unique variety of outpatient groups, individual, family/couple sessions, case management, peer support, evidenced-based trauma-informed interventions such as EMDR and IFS. Services are delivered in an inviting, shame-free environment. The team collaborates on an individualized recovery plan based on the client's goals. This position provides behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessment, counseling, and evidence-based interventions to individuals, groups and/or their families utilizing strength-based and recovery models of service delivery.
Provide therapeutic interventions and documentation to meet regulatory standards and/or contractual requirements.
Actively participate in and contribute to a team-based model to ensure integration of services and coordination of care to promote improved client outcomes.
Provide comprehensive assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups of clients with mental health and behavioral health needs.
Administer standardized screening tools to identify clients with behavioral health and/or substance abuse problems
Assist clients with symptom/issue reduction (e.g. insomnia, anxiety, depression, and post-trauma symptoms, stress management, emotional dysregulation)

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR according to established protocols
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review client caseload, treatment, concerns, and recommendations
Positively contribute to the financial health of the organization by ensuring delivery of billable services and utilizing, monitoring, and collecting data for decision making and program improvements
Maintain positive, ethical, and professional working relationships with community, government agencies, and other professionals
Complete all required documentation accurately, legibly and within established timelines

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field
Demonstrate a high level of skill in assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR)

Must possess own transportation, have a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
Shift/Location:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
This role is hybrid with a requirement of at least 2 days of in person days each week at the Briarwood office.
In person days will be determined by the needs of the clients.
Pay Rate:
$60,000 - $66,000 (Unlicensed, LPCC, LMFTC, LSW)

If you hold your LAC an additional $5,000 will be added to your base salary

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Job Description:
Therapist - ACT
ACT is an interdisciplinary team-based approach to the provision of treatment for individuals with severe mental illness and often co- occurring substance use disorders, focusing on promoting symptom stability, increasing coping skills, social skill development and community integration. Services include wraparound case management to assist individuals with connection to community resources, skills training to help increase independent living, coordination of care with relevant supports, individual and family therapy, substance use counseling, medication management, psychoeducation, peer support, and vocational services.
Utilize key concepts of recovery including client choice, empowerment; hope, creating meaningful activity, advocacy, and consultation with key supports, to facilitate client centered care that will help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals.
Provide comprehensive assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups of clients with trauma, mental health and substance use problems
Administer standardized screening tools to identify clients with behavioral health and/or substance use problems as well as tools to measure progress through treatment. Utilize these tools in the development of care plans. Modify care plans as needs change.
Assist clients with symptom reduction (e.g. insomnia, anxiety, depression, and post-trauma symptoms, stress management, emotional dysregulation)
Use evidence-based models for treatment, including but not limited to CBT, solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, harm reduction, motivational interviewing etc.
Provide an integrated care approach to assessment and intervention for clients having difficulty managing their health due to multiple conditions/chronic disease.
Work closely and collaboratively within a team to provide support and coordination in addressing social issues and basic needs that are barriers to effective treatment and the client's ability to thrive.
Provide linkage to case management services and other community-based resources to assist with building a network of support outside of treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR according to established protocols
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review client caseload, treatment, concerns, and recommendations
Positively contribute to the financial health of the organization by ensuring delivery of clinical services.
Maintain positive, ethical, and professional working relationships with community stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and other professionals
Participate and contribute to team meetings, clinical supervision, and other meetings, as needed, to ensure cohesive department operations.
Enhance professional growth and development through participation in specialized training.
Complete all required documentation accurately, legibly and within established timelines.
Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures.
Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning within required timelines.
Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.
Provide therapeutic interventions that contribute to the recovery of individuals struggling with trauma, mental health and/or substance use.
Complete documentation to meet regulatory standards and/or contractual requirements.
Actively participate in and contribute to a team-based model to ensure integration of services and coordination of care to promote improved client outcomes.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
AllHealth Network does not employ former or current clients or family members of clients receiving treatment at any AllHealth Network facilities.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field
Skills/Knowledge:
Demonstrate a high level of skill in assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed care in treatment planning and in direct care. Experience working with individuals and families who experience various mental, behavioral, and substance abuse conditions.
Ability to operate PC-based software programs including proficiency in Word, Excel and other computer-based systems.
Possess advanced written and oral communication, decision making and problem-solving skills, and efficient time management. Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team; collaborating with other internal and external teams.
Must possess own transportation, have a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance if working in the community is a part of your role.
