About This Role: Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is currently hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our supportive and collaborative team at a highly-rated continuing care retirement community in Cincinnati, Ohio. This senior community offers various levels of care, from independent living to skilled nursing and short-term rehab. In this position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs. Position Details: · Part-Time: 15 - 20 hours/week with a consistent weekday schedule. · Flexibility to choose a 3-day or 5-day schedule. · Competitive hourly rate. Requirements Applicants must have an active Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
