QUALIFICATIONS

Fraser is seeking a Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to provide psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation for clients and families. This role supports the integration of assessment information into the Fraser Care Team Plan and provides supervision as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Participate in psychological/neuropsychological testing for clients with social, behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns.
Administer, analyze, interpret, and report results of psychological assessment
May deliver individual and family psychotherapy, including diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
Collaborate with client's Fraser Care Team to support coordination of quality care based on testing outcomes.
May provide group therapy, for siblings, adults, parents, and children.
Provide clinical care consultation and coordination of services with others involved with the client, such as the school, county, courts, biological family, foster parents, etc.
Use knowledge and expertise to provide trainings/didactics/presentations for internal Fraser staff as well as for presentations at local conferences.
Coordinate and provide supervision of training for practicum students, pre-doctoral psychology interns, and post-doctoral fellows.
Provide input and suggestions regarding training needs, testing materials, program enhancement, etc., as needed
Requirements:
MA, MS, or PhD in Psychology, or other relevant graduate degrees required.
Current Psychology licensure in the State of Minnesota.
Post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology strongly preferred.
Valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record.

This position would primarily include psychological evaluation, though you will have the opportunity to diversify your practice to include psychotherapy, supervision, and consultation. The specific types of evaluations completed will be guided by provider interest and competence.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting intake interviews/diagnostic assessments
Developing assessment plans based on referral questions
Administering, scoring, and interpreting a variety of psychological measures
Obtaining, reviewing, and incorporating collateral information
Composing integrated psychological evaluation reports
Diagnostic decision making and treatment planning
Providing interactive feedback to caregivers, care providers, and/or patients
Carrying patient caseload as assigned
Attending and participating in case consultation and team meetings, and other meetings
Providing supervision to post-doctoral trainees and/or doctoral-level practicum students
Compliance with clinic documentation and billing standards
Compliance with licensing board rules and APA Code of Ethics
Required Education and Experience
Doctoral degree in psychology
Full, unrestricted licensure as a psychologist in Minnesota OR license-eligible post-doctoral resident (we will provide the necessary supervision hours required for licensure)
Highly developed ability in administering, scoring, and interpretation of psychological tests
Demonstrated skill in clinical interviewing
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated skills in consultation and the ability to work as part of a team
