2014

The new company, Keysight Technologies, began trading on the NYSE under the symbol KEYS on November 3,2014.

Keysight becomes a fully separate electronic measurement company on November 1, 2014.

On November 1, 2014, the formal separation of Agilent and Keysight Technologies was completed, with Agilent retaining the life science businesses.

In 2014, Nersesian was appointed as the chairman, president, and CEO of Keysight Technologies.

2015

In June 2015, Keysight announced it would acquire the UK’s Anite PLC in a deal worth £388 million.

2017

Keysight restores its headquarters and manufacturing operations without a single order being cancelled amid evacuations and building damage resulting from the devastating 2017 Santa Rosa Tubbs fire.

In 2017, Keysight acquired Ixia for about $1.6 billion in cash.

2018

Marie Hattar, Keysight’s first Chief Marketing Officer, is honored with the 2018 Golden Bridge’s Executive of the Year (Woman) Award, Bronze

2019

As of 2019, the company made an annual revenue worth US$4.3 billion.

2020

On 25 June 2020, Keysight acquired Eggplant for $330 million from the Carlyle Group.
