Pick your job well - some groups run very sparse and an employee can wear too many hats. Lots of new managers hired at the same time - still learning prioritization and resourcing.

Location options great for outdoorsy people. - Colorado + California locations. 401k matching.

The work schedule is flexible and the company values life outside of work. There are may room to grow.

There is nothing that I dont like.

The 401k are good and stock growth is great.
