Join Keystone Automotive Operations as an Inside Sales Representative at our Irving, TX location and become a key contributor to our customer experience. In this role, you'll build relationships with existing customers, identify new opportunities, and provide expert guidance on products and services. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction drive success. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service, evaluate the customer's needs, and answer questions regarding parts, pricing, product availability, and services. Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times and payment methods. Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order, etc.). Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business. Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer. Advise customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available. Process orders -- perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data. Follow-up with customers as needed. May evaluate and propose appropriate price for parts by considering various criteria. Assume other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 1+ years of related applicable experience. HS Diploma or equivalent. Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. Must be able to communicate effectively and cooperate with others. Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers. Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter. Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, if needed. Must have the ability to work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Must be able to work under pressure comfortably. Knowledge of automotive parts. Preferred Qualifications Some college coursework/degree preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs. Basic computer skills. Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records. May explain and offer guidance on routine procedures. Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures. Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area. Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction. Prioritize assigned and routine tasks. Handle appropriately. No additional competencies required. Work Environment Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements). The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
