The client are great and it very rewarding.

Cons of working at BEACON - KEYSTONE COMMUNITY RESOURCES

What management? Favoritism to the fullest. Older people worked there but didn’t have to work I was forced to do 2x work and had to deal with racism everyday. Manger laughs and makes jokes about only black girls clean the bathroom. Disgusting behavior for lazy adults. Kate and Eric are horrible managers and people. I was harassed and had people making up lies about me everyday and reporting me trying to get me fired 3 elder white ladies against 1 black girl who spoke her mind.
