You'll be responsible for the site's CI roadmap, using thorough problem solving, structured project management, and frontline engagement to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduce losses, and embed sustainable ways of working. The ideal leader pairs credibility on the plant floor with data driven analysis and the difficulty to lock in standards (AM/PM, centerlines, 5S) so improvements endure. Note on operating subject area: This role is accountable for ensuring improvements are delivered in conformance with bp's Operating Management System, including alignment to Control of Work and safe work practices. We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Analyst / Invoicing Specialist to support invoicing and accounts receivable functions within the Oil & Gas industry. This role is responsible for accurately preparing and entering invoice data into customer invoicing portals, distributing invoices through multiple submission methods, and actively following up on unpaid invoices to ensure they were properly submitted, approved, and paid by customers. This position can be based in our Houston, TX, Midland, TX or New Orleans LA office. Key Responsibilities Invoice Preparation & Submission Prepare, review, and enter customer invoices in compliance with customer requirements, contracts, and pricing agreements. Submit invoices through customer invoicing portals such as OpenTicket, OpenInvoice, Ariba, GEP, and other customer-specific systems. Ensure invoice data is complete and accurate, including service dates, pricing, purchase order numbers, cost centers, and required backup documentation. Distribute invoices via email, EDI, or alternative customer-required submission methods when applicable. Customer Portal Management Monitor invoice status within customer portals to confirm successful submission, validation, and workflow progress. Address portal rejections, errors, or compliance issues by correcting data and resubmitting invoices in a timely manner. Maintain familiarity with changing customer portal requirements and invoicing guidelines. Invoice Follow-Up & Collections Support Track unpaid and aging invoices to ensure timely customer review and approval. Proactively follow up with customers through portal messaging, email, and phone calls to confirm invoice receipt and approval status. Partner with internal teams (operations, sales, pricing, and accounting) to resolve disputes, missing documentation, or approval delays. Communication & Customer Support Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to invoicing, portal submissions, and payment status. Maintain professional and consistent communication with customer AP departments to facilitate approvals and payment timelines. Reporting & Recordkeeping Maintain accurate records of invoice submissions, follow-ups, approvals, and customer correspondence. Assist with accounts receivable reporting, aging analysis, and month-end close activities. Support audits by providing invoice documentation and submission evidence as required.

Measurement Function: Independently operate, calibrate and maintain gas chromatograph equipment and flow meters. Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot transmitters, analyzers. Conduct ultrasonic metering inspections. Use of flow computer systems to view data, alarms, and perform transmitter calibrations. General: Provide Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of Turbine/Compressor package unit, which including start, stop, load adjustment, alarm & operation variables monitoring, and initial response as required. Operate and maintain assigned compressor station (if applicable), pipeline and right-of-way as well as mainline block valve sites, including surrounding grounds. Perform work in compliance with Company policies/procedures as well as external regulatory bodies, such as the Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Administration (PHMSA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through adherence to NFPA 70 National Electrical Code (NEC), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals. Responsible for recognition and reporting of abnormal and safety related operating conditions including accident and near miss reporting as well as emergency response involvement at all levels. Safe work permitting and contract management during maintenance activities. Manage of workflow Maximo which includes identifying, planning, procurement of parts and warehouse issue, securing contract services as required, execution of tasks, completion of work orders and purchase orders as required. Planning of area maintenance schedules, work backlog management, budget control, involvement in environment, safety and technical optimization initiatives and teams as well as the individual management of all required training, including regulatory and technical. Smaller project duties can also include gathering of all vital information and costs associated with estimating a project, Work Based Structure (WBS) and work order preparation, selection of contractor, ensuring permitting is acquired as vital and final completion of project and all associated reports. Also ensuring that all work is done according to company and regulatory procedures. Follow and adhere to Company business and operational processes, procedures and practices. Cultivate high standards of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental stewardship. Model safe behavior based on safety principles. Who you are: You have: High School Diploma and typically 2+ years of directly relevant training and experience. Enrolled in a two-year technical school program or apprenticeship program at the 2nd, 3rd or 4th level. Completion of Certified Trades or technical school program and has not achieved the Fully Qualified level for Enbridge specific technical or behavioral competencies. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills. You are: Competent using equipment applicable to the maintenance of control systems. Highly motivated with interpersonal skills to effectively work in a collaborative team environment that includes shared responsibilities, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others, support team and company objectives, and a willingness to work in all areas required by the team. Fully competent and current with all Health, Safety and Environment standards and training Proficiency using a computer (i.e., Microsoft Office products). Familiar with Emergency Response Planning. Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically operations with high pressure gas transmission and inspections and/or commissioning preferred. Experience and knowledge of gas measurement, analyzers, meters, and compressor station operations would be an asset. Previous experience with PLC's and SCADA systems will be an asset. Working Conditions: Willing to work overtime, weekends, shift, be on call and standby, and travel overnight as required.
