KFC CEO and leadership

Tony serves as Chief Executive Officer of KFC Global. In this role, he leads a $26B business that includes over 23,000 restaurants in over 140 countries. Reporting to Tony are the regional general managers (GMs) of the KFC Division and the president of KFC US.

A long-time veteran of Yum!, Tony joined the company in 1994 as Planning Director for the Finance Division in Australia before transitioning into operations-first as State Manager for KFC (NSW region), and then as General Manager Operations for Pizza Hut (South Pacific), before returning to KFC as GM Operations (South Pacific). He also worked internationally for a number of years with Yum!, including his role as General Manager of the South American, Central American and Caribbean business unit, where Tony had responsibility for the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell units across this region.

In 2010, Tony was appointed as Chief Operations Officer for the Yum! Restaurants International division, based in Dallas. He then moved back to Australia and, for five years, ran the Australia and New Zealand KFC business as Managing Director until mid-2016. During this time, KFC Australia won a number of prestigious awards including the Large Retailer of the Year and NRA Supreme Award (National Retail Association). In 2014, Tony was honored with the highly esteemed CEO of the Year Award by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). In early 2018, Tony was named KFC Global President and Chief Operating Officer, before quickly ascending to Chief Executive Officer in January 2019.

Catherine is a student Harvard Business School graduating in 2021 and is based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. She is a Global Chief Marketing Officer, KFC at YUM BRANDS INC and Global Chief Marketing Officer at KFC Corporation. Catherine has worked as Chief Marketing Officer at KFC South Pacific (Yum! Brands Subsidiary), Marketing Director at Goodman Fielder, and Graduate Management Programme - various roles at FRITO LAY. She studied at Prince Henry's, Evesham, UK between 1987 and 1992; University of Plymouth, U.K between 1992 and 1996; and AGSM @ UNSW Business School between 2008 and 2016.

Brian Goldstein is a Chief Operations Officer at KFC Corporation and is based in Louisville, Kentucky. He has worked as VP of Ops at Taco Bell and Senior Region Leader at Taco Bell.

Dyke serves as both Chief People Officer and Chief Development Officer for KFC Global.

As CPO, Dyke is responsible for identifying and developing top talent, building the people capability needed to run great restaurants and champion KFC's heart led culture around the world.

As the brand’s senior Development leader, he oversees all new store development, existing store redevelopment and asset design activities to accelerate the company’s sales growth in over 140 countries and over 23,000 restaurants around the world. Under his leadership, the development teams have opened over 1,000 new restaurants every year, generating 30,000 new jobs around the world.

Before moving to Yum! Restaurants International in 2006, Dyke served as Vice President of Development for Yum! in the US. He joined Taco Bell in 1991 and has served in various Development capacities in the US and Canada. Prior to joining Yum!, Dyke worked with Merrill Lynch.

Sabir serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of KFC Global. In his role, he leads our global operations team and drives the KFC global operations agenda while overseeing Thailand, Asia Central, and Greater Asia.

Prior to joining Yum! Sabir worked for brands like Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, and Reckitt Benckiser.

Sabir joined Yum! in 2009. He worked on all three brands during his tenure as General Manager of Yum! Canada. Over the last decade, Sabir has driven growth and high performance in each of his roles within the organization. In his previous role with the company, Sabir served as Managing Director, KFC MENAPakT and Asia.
