Summary:
You will play a critical role in supporting the firm's hiring initiatives. This hands-on position is responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent - primarily accounting professionals with public accounting and recent CPA firm experience. Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to design, document, and analyze tax and OMS business processes.
Define and validate integration specs between Manhattan OMS, Vertex O Series, and SFCC for seamless order flow and tax calculation.
