Capable of setting up cams, turnbuckle, and pitch tool to control spring dimensions. Prepare a trial run and validate samples to ensure parts conform to blueprint specifications. Must be able to communicate with the quality team and adhere to quality standards set forth by company SOP's and quality standards. Adjust equipment to attain specified tolerance and release the SPRING COILER to initiate production with written and oral instructions. May be required initiate a blueprint changes based on spring manufacturing capability and equipment capability. Maybe required to communicate with the design engineer and quality engineer to initiate an engineering change notice (ECN). Continuously monitor coiling equipment during the production run to ensure springs remain complaint to the tolerance standard. Basic Math skills are required. Reading and Writing is required.
