**Position Summary**
The Process Operator will micronize and mill client-provided pharmaceutical materials (APIs and excipients) following strict cGMP, safety, and SOP requirements. You will set up and operate production equipment, document batch processes, ensure quality compliance, and maintain a safe working environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
Production & Equipment Operation
- Perform entry-level micronization/milling of hazardous & non-hazardous pharmaceutical materials.
- Set up, operate, and monitor equipment according to SOPs and cGMPs.
- Complete batch records following GDP (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate).
- Identify and report deviations, non-routine events, or GMP issues.
- Clean production areas and equipment thoroughly.
**Documentation & Compliance**
- Ensure accurate production recording and proper documentation.
- Maintain adherence to all quality and safety standards.
- Participate in shift meetings, communication exchanges, and team initiatives.
**Teamwork & Continuous Improvement**
- Suggest improvements, ask clarifying questions, and support new processes.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
