Pros of working at Kforce

It is a very close knit environment with plenty of support from upper management. Work-life balance is also excellent, and encouraged.

Cons of working at Kforce

There was nothing wrong with the work environment or the work itself, it was just not fulfilling work for me.

Kforce benefits

Work-life balance was a definite benefit, as well as good 401k plan, and full insurance.
