I am a proven sales, finance, and transformation executive. I bring a highly creative, yet data driven, approach to problem solving and decision making and have deep experience in sales, structuring partnerships, matrix organizations and leading difficult internal and external negotiations. I thrive at solving high-level strategic and business issues and deliver solutions that are operationally executable. I have extensive experience leading teams and recruiting, mentoring and developing people.While at Bank of the West I successfully led multiple sales teams with P&L ownership, was the Treasurer through the 2008/09 crisis, led financial and risk due diligence for two acquisitions, and produced the Bank’s first resolution plan, DFAST and ICAAP responses following the Dodd-Frank legislation. I led the sales coordination between the Bank of the West Commercial Bank and BNP Paribas Investment Bank resulting in over $8 million in incremental cross sales in the first year.Prior to Bank of the West, as an entrepreneur, I founded a trading operation on the floor of the Pacific Exchange which grew into three hedge funds. As president and CEO I ran operations, as well as the trader training and arbitrage desk.
