Our In-House Marketing Representative Pre-Arrival is responsible for promoting HGV and booking qualified sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other qualified customers. The goal is to provide both customer and concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image.
Team Member Key Responsibilities:
* Responds to guests in a timely manner and represents HGV's Cultural Values.
* Maintains a positive demeanor with everyone at all times. Team members represent Hilton ON and OFF the clock. Develop professional relationships with hotel staff, and adhere to protocol standards as established by you HGV management staff.
* Each team member is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the team member is capable of performing.
* Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that meet tour site qualifications determined by the marketing managers.
* Completes required paperwork accurately and disposition is entered in CRM tool (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour.
* Confirms appointments with guests to ensure tour shows for presentation.
* Reviews production reports and notifies manager of any challenges.
* Follows gifting procedures to ensure costs are met monthly.
* Maintains established Minimum Performance Standard on monthly basis.
* Provides information to Fulfilment Department to accurately assist with offering the guest the ability to be pre-gifted as a service prior to tour.
Role Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 years of phone or face to face marketing/sales experience in the Vacation Ownership industry with a track record of success.
* Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
* Computer proficiency with the ability to learn and efficiently operate multiple customer service software applications.

**Summary:**
The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel revenue through proactive sales efforts, account management, and strategic business development.

The Account Executive - Biogas is a hunter and rallies their peers to provide world class products and service across a group of high value, existing accounts. As the Account Executive- Biogas, you will:

**Job Description**
The Field Service Specialist III is a senior technical expert and field leader responsible for advanced commissioning, integration, and mentoring within Copeland Professional Field Services. This individual functions as a subject matter expert on refrigeration, CO₂ systems, HVAC controls, and complex system architectures. They lead on-site efforts, coach other specialists, and represent Copeland with high-profile customers and large-scale rollouts. Field work will be required with extensive overnight travel. The Field Services Specialist III is required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport and communications with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives, and others as appropriate.
**AS A FIELD SERVICE SPECIALIST III, YOU WILL: **
+ Perform expert-level commissioning and optimization of complex refrigeration and building automation systems.
+ Create control programs and logic sequences from detailed specifications or Sequences of Operations.
+ Provide advanced troubleshooting of control systems, refrigeration racks, HVAC, and BMS integrations.
+ Lead on-site teams, coordinate contractor efforts, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
+ Execute and oversee new store commissioning and remodel commissioning projects.
+ Identify and qualify contractors to support field, project, and commissioning services.
+ Mentor and train junior field specialists to build team capability and consistency.
+ Serve as the primary technical point of contact for major customers and large commissioning projects.
+ Maintain expert knowledge of Copeland, competitor control systems (Danfoss, Carel, Novar, Honeywell, etc.), and third-party integrations.
+ Document, report, and communicate findings clearly to project and leadership teams.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:**
+ 7+ years of experience in refrigeration controls, field commissioning, or system integration.
+ Advanced knowledge of refrigeration system design, pressure/temperature relationships, and CO₂ system control.
+ Demonstrated expertise in controller programming and network integration.

The OEM Sales Manager is a key member of the Commercial Cold Chain Sales team. **Job Description**
The Field Service Specialist II is an experienced field professional responsible for the commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Copeland control systems and refrigeration equipment. This role demands a deep understanding of refrigeration system operation, control strategies, and integration with HVAC and building management systems. + Commission and verify control systems for refrigeration and HVAC applications (E2, E3, Site Supervisors, etc).

+ Develop and modify controller programs from I/O legends or existing sequences.
+ Execute new store commissioning and remodel commissioning projects, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

+ Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technical Support on project execution.

* Conduct engaging sales presentations, property tours, and proposal development that highlight the resort's amenities and services
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Conference Services, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize guest satisfaction
* Participate in internal meetings, forecasting, business reviews, and planning initiatives
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using Hyatt sales systems
* Represent the Wild Dunes brand professionally and with enthusiasm in all external and internal interactions
