Complete postings in Excel spreadsheet tracker (example: utilities and housewares) - always paying attention to specific timelines. Screen and audit owner bills periodically to avoid double billing and miscellaneous errors. File statements, and all documents that are related to owner properties (example: letters, contracts, quotes etc.) according to Resort document retention policies. Collect all required documents from owners (example: contracts, W-9, business licenses etc.) in a timely manner. Perform quality evaluations and all related paperwork as outlined by Department guidelines. Monitor owner No-Shows on a daily basis; communicate and track accordingly. Monitor Out of Order program for all units: check the status of all OOO units, follow up with contractors, physically check units to ensure work order completion, etc. Assist with owner, and guest of owner, reservations and related requests (example: bike reservations, beach chair reservations, etc.). Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Positive and energetic attitude will be imperative. Work productively with minimal supervision, appropriately displaying initiative. Prioritize tasks effectively and utilize time efficiently. Be able to multi-task, maintaining control and organization. Stay focused and conscientiously follow through on details. Actively listen and appropriately respond to owner's inquiries and complaints, always remaining composed and courteous. This unique and desirable position is assisting our in house Chef; prepping, cooking and serving a vast selection of breakfast items as well as happy hour hors d' oeuvres daily. Must be able to multitask such as: prep and cook, grocery shop, wash dishes, polish dishes, take out trash and always have a clean and professional work area. You must be able to execute recipes from Head Chef and have upscale plating experience. If you are looking for something different than the hot line this is the job for you! Shifts are variable, mornings or evenings, nothing after 7pm. Position is Fulltime/ part-time. Details: Housing is offered on a “first come, first serve” basis and requires a $400 security deposit to be remitted at least 60 days prior to moving in. Cost for housing varies based on the apartment complex, size of the unit and number of residents living within the apartment. Payment for housing is made bi-weekly via payroll deduction. Average rate is $350 - $400 per paycheck. Payment includes accommodation, furniture rental and basic utilities. Shared housing residents will be assigned roommates at the Resort's discretion.
