Haim is the Founder and Managing Partner of HDS Capital (hdscapital.com), which is dedicated to investing, mentoring and providing corporate access and contacts to startups and early stage companies at the intersection of technology, retail and fashion.Previously, Haim was an Executive Director, Group President at Li & Fung USA, the $20+ billion Hong Kong based global supply chain provider of consumer goods. In 2007, Haim sold his company, Regatta USA, to Li & Fung and stayed on to run its women’s business. Prior to Regatta, he co-founded Gitano with his family, a global retail brand that was sold to Fruit of the Loom.Haim has over 35 years of deep retail relationships and experience focused on fashion, brand building and marketing. His brand portfolio includes Regatta, Simply Vera Vera Wang, Daisy Fuentes, Ellen Tracy, Nicole Miller, Karl Karl Lagerfeld, Adrienne Vittadini and Marchesa, as well as Keds and Skechers. He led designer collaborations with retailers such as Macy’s, including Matthew Williamson and Giambattista Valli; and Kohl’s, including Narciso Rodriguez, Derek Lam, Catherine Malandrino, Peter Som and Elie Tahari. He also led the Oxford team, which produced Target's collaborations, including Missoni, Proenza Schouler, Jason Wu, Prabal Gurung, Zac Posen, Rodarte, Alexander McQueen, Thakoon and Jean Paul Gaultier. An expert in the brand management field, he is considered a pioneer of the proprietary brand business model.Haim is a lead investor in and an advisor for technology startups,He was also an early investor in Isaac Mizrahi, and later sold his equity to Chanel. Haim is also on the advisory boards of Metamorphic Ventures and Firstime Ventures. He is a Disruptor Foundation fellow, serves as co president of PROPEL a charity focused on guiding women to enter the workforce and serves on the board of K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers.

Lisa Kempa is a Chief Financial Officer at Kidbox and is based in New York City, New York. She has worked as CFO at Cole Haan; Manager, Retail and Distribution Specialty Group, San Francisco, CA at Deloitte; and Divisional CFO and VP of Finance and President of Exeter Brands Group at NIKE, INC.. Lisa attended Michigan State University between 1986 and 1990.
