PEOPLE LEADERSHIP
* Conducts classroom observations, evaluations and provides feedback that motivates and encourages learning

* Builds and communicates weekly staff schedules
* Daily management of classroom ratios

CUSTOMER FOCUS
* Leads tours with prospective families, highlighting key features/points of difference with our curriculum, teacher tenure/quality, etc.

* Ensures the physical environment and health/safety standards are in full compliance with local and state licensing regulations

* Manages new customer administration and children's files in compliance with state licensing regulations
* Attends staff/parent events and completes training classes as required by State regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
* Two or more years of center leadership/management experience is highly preferred.
* Must have professional teaching experience with preschool-age children.
* Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field is highly preferred.
* Core ECE coursework and Center Administration course required.
* Provide all transcripts of college coursework.
* Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
* CPR and First Aid Certifications are highly preferred.
* Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand 95% of the day, stoop/bend down to a child's level, and perform all other typical physical activity required while caring for young children
* Possess skills, attributes, and characteristics conducive to and suitable for dealing with children
* Must speak English well enough to communicate with children, staff, management, and parents
* Must be able to read and write English well enough to prepare, complete and maintain administrative forms and records as required by current governmental regulations and company policies and procedures
