Job Description Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain private households or commercial establishments, such as preschool in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include vacuuming, mopping, keeping all the areas of the establishment clean and tidy including the exterior of the building. Clean all the bathrooms, windows, take out the garbage and ensure all areas of the school are clean.
The job may entail other duties as assisting the cook, cleaning the cafeteria, assisting in the classrooms as needed.
Duties
Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies..
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
Replenish supplies, and bathroom items.
Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers.
Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
Hang draperies and dust window blinds.
Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.
Care for children by overseeing their activities, providing companionship, and assisting them with dressing, bathing, eating, and other needs.
Wash dishes and clean kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware.
Remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool areas.
Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines, and iron and fold dried items.
Run errands, such as taking laundry to the cleaners and buying groceries.
Sort, count, and mark clean linens and store them in linen closets.
Polish silver accessories and metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations, media equipment, and furniture for social or business functions.

What You'll Do
Manage the full enrollment pipeline-from inquiry and tour scheduling to follow-ups, conversions, and onboarding

Implement sales strategies to grow enrollment and meet monthly/annual goals
Track leads, conversions, and follow-up activities to ensure no opportunity is missed
Maintain accurate enrollment data, documentation, and communication throughout the family journey
Serve as a welcoming, positive representative of our school during tours, events, and family interactions
Plan, coordinate, and support on-site events (open houses, community events, family engagement activities) designed to generate leads, boost enrollment, and strengthen relationships with current families
Engage with families during events to answer questions, highlight our programs, and create meaningful connections that support retention and referrals

Job Description The Center Director is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education, for all children within the center's care. The Center Director is directly accountable for overall operational management in accordance with well-established guidelines, including curriculum development, staff and facilities management, legal and budgetary considerations, and long range planning. The Center Director ensures that the needs of the students and the goals of the center are met appropriately.
Duties
Establish quality vision for the center. Manage adherence to quality standards in accordance with the vision and with state and local requirements. Maintain quality effectiveness measurements.
Develop general educational curriculum; collaborate with staff to develop positive learning activities; manage adherence to state and local regulations.
Maintain student records in accordance with established enrollment procedures and guidelines.
Maintain communications with parents of current and prospective students through direct conversation, newsletters and parent handbook; implement community outreach activities to maintain and promote positive community relationships.
Approve menus and food purchases.
Maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies; ensure legal and financial compliance.
Oversee all office functions including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, tuition billing and payment, human resources and personnel management (staff supervision) and purchasing.
Resolve conflicts (including corrective action when necessary) to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Manage budget planning and review.
Establish illness and emergency procedures; ensure staff is trained appropriately.
Implement strategic plan and goals in keeping with mission of program.
Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience.
Minimum of 2 years Center Director experience.
3 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
High energy.
Strong oral and written communications skills; technology skills.
Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
A strong understanding of child development.
Strong finance and budgeting skills.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in early childhood education or related field of study with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE.
