The Administrative Manager leads the broad scope of executive level administrative support activities, communications, and special projects for the Vice Provost for Research and Scholarship (VPRS). Responsible for executive support, schedule management, travel arrangements, information preparation, communications, and event and special project management. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
Executive Administrative Management:
* Manages VPRS's calendar and approves/declines meeting requests on behalf of the VPRS to ensure schedule is aligned to meet upcoming deadlines and/or priorities.
* Prioritizes meetings for VPRS to include the rescheduling and/or cancellation of other high-level meetings.
* Manages VPRS's travel arrangements and budget, ensuring appropriateness and thoroughness of arrangements.
* Independently creates memos, reports, presentations, timelines, and documents for distribution to members of various departments or meetings on behalf of the VPRS.

Event and Project Support:

Serve as the lead team member in the management of the Slate database, and serve as a day-to-day contact for IT, Student Financial Services, athletics systems, and academic colleagues in the registrar's office and in retention and student success. Oversee the management of the Admissions databases and online applications, develop testing scenarios and controls, and provide support and guidance for any staff and temporary personnel assigned to enrollment systems projects. Develop and deliver training programs for undergraduate and graduate admissions team on use and new features of enrollment systems, and serve as an ongoing resource in the use of the system.
Supervise operations and technology staff and determine project plans and timelines to meet the organization's enrollment technology needs.
Collaborate with the enrollment management and marketing leadership team members along with partners across campus on long-term strategy for database-related initiatives and other technical system needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the technical and operational infrastructure of the admissions process, ensuring seamless functionality of Slate CRM to support undergraduate and graduate enrollment marketing, recruitment, application processing, and decision release in order to meet enrollment goals.
Design and maintain workflows for application review, decision release, and data synchronization with institutional systems like PowerFAIDS, Jenzabar, ARMS, etc.
Manage day-to-day operations, including communication campaigns, event management, form development, data uploads, and routine system maintenance, while establishing protocols to uphold data quality and integrity.
Surface key insights (e.g. source attribution, email performance, conversion rates, etc) through report and portal development to help drive marketing and enrollment strategy
Enrollment operations process refinement and re-engineering to align with evolving admissions, financial aid, and enrollment marketing strategies, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing automation to enhance efficiency.
Perform regular data clean-up, consolidation of duplicate records, and oversight of annual cycle prep work to update application portals, purge outdated resources, and ensure compliance with institutional privacy policies.
Collaborate with IT, student financial services, registrar and cross-departmental teams to manage system integrations, user permissions, and updates.
Prioritize continuous improvement by attending Slate webinars, adopting new integrations,
and participating in Slate conversations across the higher-ed sector.
Develop high-level timelines for the development of new system enhancements and track milestones and bugs in project management systems. Coordinate with stakeholders in order to accurately track progress and update goals.
Lead and train staff in undergraduate admissions, graduate admissions, student financial services, and marketing in system use, and provide ongoing support as needed, including regular updates of reference materials.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required
Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience working in college admissions or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

Experience using Slate preferred (Experience using similar CRM software required). Working familiarity with SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Microsoft Office preferred.
Demonstrated experience defining requirements for systems integrations is required. Familiarity with any of the following: Jenzabar, ARMS, PowerFAIDS, Watermark preferred.
Must be able to evaluate the impact of new systems, system requests, and process enhancements to determine implementation priorities.

The Youth Aware of Mental (YAM) Health Educator will implement Youth Aware of Mental Health, an evidence-based and school-based program for adolescents in 8th through 12th grade, through which youth are educated on mental health topics through active learning, role-play, and student-led discussions.
This is a state and federally funded position sponsored by the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium (TCMHCC). TCMHCC was created by the 86th Texas Legislature to leverage the expertise and capacity of the health-related institutions of higher education to address urgent mental health challenges and improve the mental health care system in this state in relation to children, adolescents, and perinatal women. The University of Texas Dell Medical School (DMS) is a Health Related Institution (HRI) for the TCMHCC.
This position requires that the employee be available for eight hours of the work per day between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. with occasional weekend and after-hours events. The employee will work remotely with an expectation to work on-site for some of the scheduled work week. Remote work will require reliable internet access and a suitable workspace free from distractions. The employee is expected to attend and conduct trainings at various locations on and off-site and pass additional background screening, including FBI fingerprinting, for school and community partnerships. A flexible working arrangement agreement will be required upon offer.

Purpose
The Youth Aware of Mental Health Educator will provide child and adolescent mental health educational activities in partnership with school districts, communities, and providers across our region. Educational activities are delivered to middle and high school students in virtual, face-to-face, and hybrid environments. The employee will conduct training needs assessments and monitor and report on training effectiveness. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
Implements training and education programs specific to the YAM program. Travels to schools to deliver student wellness and resilience programming and other related initiatives designed to support junior high and high school students from a variety of backgrounds. Provides middle and high school students with mental health educational activities in partnership with school districts, communities, and providers across the region. Works with school counselors and teachers to provide education and training on the curriculum to ensure student safety and program fidelity.
Serves as a point-of-contact on logistics and operations of YAM implementation. Coordinates training events by determining and securing date, time, and understanding class size. Maintains training schedules. Collaborates with the Outreach and Communication team to provide support in building district relationships through presentations, outreach visits, technical assistance, and other. Supports the planning, development, and execution of recruitment, implementation, communication, and reporting plans. Participates in consultation calls and booster trainings. Technology Strategy & Architecture:
Own the end-to-end architecture, integration, and governance of the revenue technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success, and CPQ systems.
Define and execute the roadmap for scaling GTM systems in alignment with Revenue organizations and corporate IT strategy and business growth and automation objectives. Advocate for standardization and best practices that align with IT strategy.
Partner with IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, security, and enterprise data teams to ensure revenue technologies meet compliance, performance, and data protection standards.
Evaluate, select, and implement new revenue technology solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles.
System Ownership & Operations:
Responsible for planning and directing systems' strategic and long-range goals. Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness to ensure delivery on the agreed upon strategy.
Understand data flows and integrations between multiple enterprise applications.
Manage software help-desk ticket process and guide the team's resolution within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Oversee integration across the revenue tech ecosystem and with enterprise systems (ERP, data warehouse, support tools).
Ensure uptime, data integrity, and performance of all revenue systems.
Lead system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of projects for Revenue clients with internal IT and external vendors.
Manage the systems integration of acquired companies, including requirements gathering, systems design, data transformation, data migration, and related business planning. Coordinate with business groups to execute transition dates, training plans, cutoff requirements, etc.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success Operations to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions and aligned with business needs/timeline and good application design.
Coordinate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to maintain system security, access controls, and data privacy (GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
Serve as a trusted IT partner and advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer and other GTM leadership team members.
Governance, Vendor, and Budget Management:
Own vendor relationships, license management, renewals, and technology spend optimization for the revenue tech stack.
Establish clear governance processes within Revenue Technology functions for tool requests, integrations, and change management. Align with other IT departments.
Develop business cases and ROI models for technology investments.
Creates, updates and manages budget and budget forecasting for technologies within purview

Team and Personal Leadership:

This non-tenure track faculty position supports a hybrid Doctor of Physical Therapy program. The curriculum combines online instruction with on-campus learning activities, allowing faculty to live remotely from the Texas A&M International University campus in Laredo, TX. However, faculty in the DPT program are required to travel to Laredo and be on campus for designated periods each semester for immersive labs. On-campus commitments typically range from five to six visits per academic year, with the duration of each stay determined by program needs.
The College of Nursing and Health Sciences is actively developing a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. The program is expected to submit its application for candidacy to the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) in Fall 2027.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate must hold a doctorate degree. If the doctorate is not in Physical Therapy, they must hold a master's or bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. ABDs will also be considered but must have earned a doctorate before appointment. The candidate must have an active unrestricted PT license; a minimum of 3 years of full-time clinical practice following licensure; strong leadership skills and a vision for excellence; excellent communication skills; and an established research agenda. * Holds designation as "Institutional Business Official" for all SOM NIH Loan Repayment Program applicants, providing institutional certification of salary and support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Advanced degree in a scientific, health-related, or business administration program, with a Juris Doctor strongly preferred.
* Ten years of experience in faculty administration and/or legal and regulatory management, including prior supervisory experience.
* Strong writing, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills along with the ability to collaborate and problem solve within multiple constituencies and across differing levels of organizational complexity.
* An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of in-person and remote work.

Primary Responsibilities
Participate in the research on the Midstream Industry Cybersecurity issues. Produce research papers, Op-Eds, policy briefs, and reports that contribute to the understanding of Cybersecurity issues in the Oil & Gas industry. Collaborate with other researchers to develop policy and training materials. Participate in webinars, conferences, and other public forums to present research findings and engage with stakeholders. Provide commentary and insights on Cybersecurity topics in Energy Security for media and public inquiries. All graduate assistants will coordinate with a faculty mentor to guide and direct activities.

Outreach Advisor (Grant Funded) - Central Campus FUNCTION: This position reports to the Director of Outreach and Recruitment. It is a professional position in which the incumbent must execute the goals of the College's strategic, outreach and recruitment plans. Required to seek and build relationships within the community such as area high schools, community centers and organizations. Assist in the development and delivery of on and off campus events and programs for high schools, K-8 outreach, group tours, as well as promoting community awareness. This position acts as liaison officer for the Admissions and Financial Aid Office.
Essential Job Functions:
* Carry out the goals of the College's strategic plan and the department's recruitment plan. This is to be achieved by: using all available recruitment methods - face to face, events, public relations, direct email, and web among others. Use software to be able to track the successes of outreach and recruitment efforts, be able to recommend new strategies and identify new markets.
* Recruit at schools and community agencies, college fairs, agency partners and other locations throughout the year. Develop and direct outreach programs that describe advising goals and processes to parents and other College constituencies. Build and maintain liaisons with in-district and campus representatives and external markets. Frequent local travel.
* Participate in the delivery of campus tours.
* Develop presentations and plan and implement new programs and workshops on and off campus.
* Provide support to assigned high school populations by conducting or assisting with on-site admissions, testing and financial aid/scholarship workshops. This includes weekly follow-ups and enrollment monitoring.
* Foster relationships with assigned academic, technical, campus organizations, and Continuing and Professional Development departments.
* Provide career, educational, and academic services. Advise prospective students and families including traditional and non-traditional students about the admissions process. Disseminate information on institutional policies and procedures. Understand the institution's interpretation of FERPA rules for the release of student information to faculty, parents, students, etc.
* Evening and weekend hours required outside the regular Office of Recruiting operating hours, including but not limited to graduation ceremonies each semester, open house events, TACRAO, and various on and off campus activities.
* Maintain systematic and frequent contact with prospects. Monitor enrollment activities and provide assistance when needed. Maintain accurate records of interactions with students via software. Serve as a liaison and foster intentional relationships with other advisors, offices, and departments.
* Participate in institutional student development and retention programs.
* Stay abreast of changing institutional information including admissions requirements, new programs, course changes, deadlines, important dates, costs, expanding facilities, updates in college-wide initiatives, transfer requirements, and state and federal mandates.
