The Equipment Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing all aspects of tank trailer and ISO cleaning, including inspecting the trailer for residual product, and post-cleaning inspection of the interior/exterior of the trailer.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
Hourly Pay: $21.97 - $27.53
Responsibilities:
Safely and effectively perform all duties to prepare, clean and inspect tank trailers and ISO's, including but not limited to: vents, valves, clean-out caps, clamps, loading/unloading lines, hoses, and other equipment that is to be cleaned as per normal tank cleaning procedures.
Properly operate atmospheric testing equipment and understand the use and care of rescue equipment use in confined space rescue.
Complete paperwork for Confined Space Entry, shipping and receiving of cleaned units, and operation of facility software for TW tickets, billing, safety, etc.
Maintain an environment of cleanliness and safety within the wash facility.
Other duties as assigned.
Complies with all HTC Safety, Health, Environmental and Security Policy and Programs
Complies will all Department of Transportation regulations.
Complies with all applicable OSHA and EPA regulations.
Complies with all applicable state and local environmental regulations.
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
1-2 years relevant experience preferred but not required.
Skills Required:
Ability to speak, read, and understand English for comprehension of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) chemical information
Ability to operate yard truck to move equipment
Ability to navigate basic computer software and other business-related software.
Excellent attention to details
Mechanical ability and inclination
