**District Overview**
The Kiewit Foundations Co. team self performs complex geotechnical projects across North America. We deliver creative, cost-efficient solutions that are responsive to each project's specific site conditions. **Responsibilities**
Field:
+ Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision
+ Perform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed/installed materials and work
+ Assist in the preparation of work plans and work packages

Our North Texas Region, that includes offices in Dallas / Fort Worth & Austin, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Planning Project Manager who will contribute to the production and delivery of infrastructure tasks and projects including management of teams and training of staff. Lead variety of planning projects, which may include transportation or water master plans, local government comprehensive plans, land use/zoning plans, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
+ Lead planning efforts and serve as a project manager for infastructure projects for the transportation and water general practices for a variety of clients including but not limited to local/state/federal governments and agencies, utilities and planning organizations.
+ Review client and customer existing infrastructure policies and plans. Provide strategic consultant services to update or create new policies or plans.
+ Develop strategy and enhance collaboration to continue to build infrastructure planning in the transportation and water practices in Texas and nationally.
+ Build and manage effective relationships with with existing clients, customers and contractors. Respondsible for client and customer satisfaction goals and expectations being met.
+ Develop new business opportunties for water and transportation planning, design and construction projects.
+ Quality review written reports, deliverables, and proposals for transportation and water projects.
+ Responsible for ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
+ Lead the development of cost proposals and qualification statements to achieve stated targets and standards for financial performance. Present project budgets and cost estimates.
+ Provide project management, leadership, mentorship, and instruction to project teams and department staff.
+ Prepare and present for clients and industry events and publications in order to continue to build personal and company brand in the state and nationally.
+ Manage sales and marketing efforts, identify, and manage key pursuits.
+ Manage the development of cost proposals and qualification statements to achieve stated targets and standards for financial performance.
+ Quality review and approve project budgets and cost estimates. Report project performance.
+ Responsible for QA/QC process adherence and process improvement.
+ Responsible for compliance with company and site safety policies.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor Degree in engineering, construction management or related degree from accredited program and 7 years applicable experience Required
+ Prior experience on construction project sites or executing program management in the industries of aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, or water is preferred.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment, ability to work overtime on short notice.
+ Excellent computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office
+ Ability to work collaboratively with others (owners, contractors, engineers, designers) in a multi-disciplined project team environment to resolve design or drawing issues as appropriate and to accomplish objectives.
+ Strong experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software
