**Responsibilities**
- Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing the performance of productivity, safety, quality and schedule adherence
- Planning, scheduling and execution of field operations ensuring compliance with erection manuals and quality procedures for your assigned scope of work.
- Coordinate and interface with other superintendents and subcontractors, to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence
- Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate
- Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including those involving safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as reflected in Company's non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years' work experience in precision millwright scopes of work. Candidates for this role do not have to have Superintendent experience, those who have filled foreman and general foreman roles are encouraged to apply. Previous knowledge/experience in rotating equipment installation
