Qualifications Minimum Requirements * BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership Preferred Qualifications * 15-20 years of cost estimating experience, ideally supporting large-scale aviation, transportation, or infrastructure projects. * Certification in estimating or project controls (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), AACE Certified Cost Professional (CCP), or PMP). * Experience with major airport authorities or aviation clients (FAA, DFW Airport, Love Field, etc.). * Prior experience within a multidisciplinary engineering or program management environment. * Familiarity with Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, or similar cost/schedule management systems. * Proven experience preparing estimates for a wide range of project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, Design-Build, etc.). * Strong proficiency in cost estimating tools such as Sage/Timberline, RSMeans, On-Screen Takeoff, or equivalent. * Knowledge of current construction practices, materials, and regional cost trends. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Our Engineering Interns are responsible for performing tasks requiring the application of standard engineering techniques and procedures. This includes standard design of engineering systems, correcting and updating designs, assisting lead engineers with various project duties, and other duties as assigned. Specific assignments and project work vary depending on the market segments. Please see below for information on each market: Global Facilities The Global Facilities group is responsible for the planning and design of manufacturing facilities, administrative buildings, district energy systems, data centers, and mission-critical facilities.
