The Learning Coordinator will make our existing MBSE curriculum modularized for easy online learning, and work with the HR learning team to have learning paths, lessons, and quizzes posted on Workday. Key Responsibilities Planning & Coordination with the Systems Engineering Training office, HR Talent Development, and corporate IT to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables. Curriculum Modularization to tailor current curriculum for asynchronous, self-paced learning. Assessment Development to design quizzes and knowledge checks for each module. Platform Integration to upload learning content on the corporate learning management platform.
