Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum of 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. * Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering. * Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams. * Ability to complete the Managing AECOM Projects training and receive the AECOM Project Manager certification. The successful candidate will be expected to start the training program within 6 months of hire. * Experience with relevant software such as Microsoft Power BI and Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam and project management information systems (PMIS) such as Procore and e-Builder, AutoCAD, Mathcad, STADD Pro and Ansys. * Passion for mentoring junior staff and leadership - guiding our growing team of engineers to produce quality work and excellent client service. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Project experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers. * Approved FERC Independent Consultant (IC) or the ability to receive FERC approval to perform Part 12D Inspections. * Experience performing risk assessments and Potential Failure Mode Analyses (PFMAs) related to dam design, construction, and operation.
