Key Responsibilities + Support engineering disciplines and global practice teams in the execution of Design-only and/or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. + Assist in the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, bid / proposal responses, manage the bid and selection process, and contribute to the creation of detailed scopes of work for downstream contracts. + Manage contractor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), supplemental design instructions, and site drawing logs. + Monitor contractor compliance with quality assurance, safety, environmental standards, and material management protocols. + Administer contract execution, including change order management, field change directives, invoice approvals, and schedule oversight. + Contribute to project controls efforts, including cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structure (WBS) development, project setup and closeout in accounting systems, and field progress tracking. + Prepare and maintain internal and external reports, including budget analyses, cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and project status updates for stakeholders. + Participate in project risk reviews and coordinate with the Legal Department as necessary. + Ensure proper closeout of all project and contract documentation. + Adhere to Burns & McDonnell's safety programs, trainings, and policies, as well as promote and manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members and subcontractors.
