Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a diverse team to estimate, schedule, and build mechanical, electrical, and heavy industrial construction projects
* Support both administrative and field operations, including reviewing proposals, specifications, and drawings; performing material takeoffs; and preparing cost estimates
* Attend pre-bid meetings and assist with subcontractor supervision and vendor coordination
* Prepare work plans, manage quality control, track costs and materials, schedule equipment, and administer safety programs

The Water Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, Water Design-Build SeniorProjectManager. This position will be part of an exciting team employing the latest technologies to solve critical water supply, treatment, and infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems throughout the United States. Job Responsibilities:
The SeniorProjectManager will be charged with responsibility to actively direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects as well as take a leadership role in the development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits.
It is desirable that the DB SeniorProjectManager is capable of performing in both conceptual and detailed engineering and construction projectmanagement capacities. As a DB SeniorProjectManager the primary responsibilities will include managing the activities of a multi-discipline design through AECOM's design centers, as well as overall projectmanagement for procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews, familiarity with job cost reporting, and budget control activities through the life of the project, including EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity. Demonstration of strong commercial and construction contract experience

+ Provide direct technical and managerial leadership in the execution of projects, with responsibility for ensuring the technical and quality performance of projects.

+ Assist Substation Management in recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining outstanding employee-owners.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
+ Minimum of 7 years related professional experience in T&D design and projectmanagement. 10 years preferred.
+ Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) strongly preferred.
+ Strong projectmanagement skills and a strategic perspective.

**Qualifications**

Our Transmission & Distribution global practice is looking for ProjectManagers to join our growing business in our Akron, Columbus, and St. Louis offices. The ProjectManager will manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of work related to electrical substation engineering and construction projects. The ProjectManager is expected to establish, maintain, and proactively grow client relationships into repeat business and expanded service offerings. The ProjectManager will be responsible for the profit and loss of individual projects, the successful completion of projects within specified dates, and establishing and maintaining a professional and satisfactory relationships with the project Owners, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and all other project stakeholders. Additionally, the ProjectManager will assist in the pursuit of new clients which includes but is not limited to coordination with client Account Managers and Burns & McDonnell leadership with direct marketing responsibilities.
Major responsibilities for the ProjectManager will include:
+ Prepare proposals, assist in presentations, and participate in contract negotiations.
+ Leverage existing client relationships, create new client relationships, and focus on repeat work within each client Account.
+ Provide overall management of projects from concept to completion including but not limited to siting, environmental, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, right-of-way acquisition, project controls, bid phase services, procurement, constructability reviews, material management, construction management, and closeout.
+ Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs.
+ Own internal project financials (detailed, accurate project cost forecast and accruals), staffing/resource forecasts, legal coordination, risk management, change management, and human resource issues.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact with clients regarding efforts such as client coordination, strategic planning, scope management, budget finances, subcontracting, project staffing, environmental compliance, facility support and schedule attainment.
+ Manage all aspects of project communication.
+ Develop and implement project policies and procedures, establish project controls systems, and implement the project execution plan.
+ Direct and coordinate activities of several disciplines on a project of moderate scope or a combination of smaller projects
+ Work closely with the Project Team to ensure deliverables and services are being provided to client's satisfaction and that projects are following internal QA/QC guidelines.
+ Report regularly on progress, cost and schedule metrics, procurement issues, safety or environmental concerns, design questions, potential impacts, and any issues requiring office support.
+ Travel to client and project locations will be expected.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited curriculum.
+ Minimum of 7 years of related experience, including 3 or more years of experience managing engineering projects in the Transmission & Distribution industry. Completion of master's degree in related field may be substituted for one year of experience.
+ Previous consulting experience preferred.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position requires an individual capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments.
+ Must have experience with the production of applicable engineering design and construction documents.
+ Must be capable of devising new approaches to problems encountered.
+ Demonstrated success in projectmanagement which includes proposal development, contract negotiations, project planning, design team coordination & communication, budgeting, schedule management, and client coordination.
+ Professional Registration and/or Professional Certification preferred

Job Description
AECOM is seeking a ProjectManager to support work in Cincinnati, OH.
Providing oversight and direction to enable projects to be completed on time and on budget
Serving as a liaison for those managing design and construction and various City departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Assisting in the sequencing and coordination of projects
Utilizing various platforms and software to ensure efficient City review and approval pathways; reviewing plans and documents and providing feedback to various entities, and researching best practices to progress project delivery
Contact with consultants, engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects, contractors, and representatives of civic, community and governmental organizations will be an aspect of the work.
Act as a primary point of contact for AECOM with primary responsibility for delivering projects, which will include being knowledgeable with the work of architects, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, and other design and construction related consultants.
Oversee and track project progress
Attend regular design/construction project meetings and meet with consultants and staff to resolve design and construction problems
Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and perform other ancillary administrative responsibilities related to assigned projects
Conduct general administration and oversight of design and construction process
Review designs for coordination and constructability
Oversee and document construction activities
Assist in review and recommendation of approval of invoicing, change orders, etc.
The PM will provide client support for active and new projects working alongside other facility team members, internal business clients, external vendors, and contractors driving the execution of projects.
The PM will assist with project, schedule, and cost management services including, but not limited to: Technical and administrative projectmanagement, budget controls, schedule control, coordination, change management, quality controls, submittal review and approval coordination, oversight of construction, manageproject records and close-out documents.
The PM will support overall projectmanagement, project strategy, vendor selection, procurement, and contracting, design management and pre-construction services, construction phase services, and project turnover and closeout activities.
The PM must be comfortable using Microsoft Project, PDF document management, and have the ability to learn client dedicated systems.

BA/BS + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
