The scope of this role is to ensure the efficient and accurate filing of products into containers, adhering to specific volume and weight requirements, and maintain the highest standards of quality and filler operator works with the packaging end of a production line. The filler operator also operates filling machines and makes the necessary adjustments to ensure consistency. This is a 3 rd shift position, 10:00pm-6:30am Monday-Friday and overtime on Saturdays as required. The pay is $22/hr.

Your Role at KIK The Quality Control Technician is responsible for monitoring production line performance to ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards. Duties include testing raw materials and finished products for physical and chemical properties, maintaining laboratory cleanliness and organization, managing sample shipments for external analysis, and upholding the Quality Retain and Instrument Calibration Programs. The role also involves documenting test results, supporting investigations and root cause analyses, ordering lab supplies, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Plans and schedules workflow for each department according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. Analyze and identify risks associated with the options built into the Production Schedule. Closely manage WIP and FG inventory levels. Perform supply demand analysis each quarter, highlighting areas of concern for the next 12-18 months' Work closely with department managers to develop ways to improve plant efficiencies. Monitor actual output versus the Master Production Plan. Identify gaps and drive solutions, including a metric for production performance to the requested production schedule.
