Essential Job Functions Assist production by adding all raw materials by weight and completing the tolling off into the IBC by weight. Communicate raw material levels and inventories as needed. Communicate preventative maintenance and complete minor repairs on blending equipment, pumps, floor cleaners and other general equipment. Responsible for testing and maintaining blending records. Follow all environmental laws and regulations of the plant. Must be able to work with industrial valves, chemical hoses, raw material containers, etc. Clean totes, cleaning of tanks, floors, measurement devices, dishes, and hoses. Consistently meet/exceed shift and area targets of safety, quality, and productivity. Complete paperwork with a high degree of accuracy regarding product changeovers, inventory levels and following batching procedures Complete weekly inventory counts. Loading and / unloading transport trucks as required. Additional duties as assigned to include mowing grass, weed whacking, housekeeping. Analyze and interpret trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and achieve state of control.
