Your Experience and Qualifications * 2-7 years of experience of working in a critical facility, not necessarily a data center. * Given the nature of our work, technical expertise-particularly in fields such as mechanical, electrical, automation, HVAC, plumbing, or manufacturing-is highly valued and closely aligned with day-to-day responsibilities. * An empathetic person who enjoys working as part of a team. * Basic written and verbal communication skills. * Enjoy a work environment where the daily schedule changes often and managing the unexpected is satisfying. * Knowledge of NFPA70E, forklift, OSHA10, and/or First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus. * Proficient in operating hand and power tools, with a basic understanding of computer systems and software. Essential Job Functions • Capper responsibilities include checking all bottles to ensure that caps are on straight and tight. Wipes off all excess fluid (not required on solvent line). Fills capper hopper with caps when needed and communicates with rotary operator when line stops and starts. • Stacker responsibilities include ensuring all boxes are glued or taped, keeping glue in the hopper, stacking boxes on pallets as trained, and ensuring that the product is going on a good pallet. • Box Machine responsibilities include keeping machine loaded with boxes and loading glue in glue hopper. • Solvent Packer Palletizer responsibilities run concurrent with box machine, adding slip sheets when needed, starts, and stops when pickup is made or needed. You must be able to reset counters and be able to set patterns if properly trained for this duty. • Packers' responsibilities are to ensure proper amount of bottles are in a box, checks all caps for tightness on chlorine and acid, and check that all boxes are glued or taped.
