Quality Assurance
Perform routine quality and food safety checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Verify compliance with HACCP, GMPs, allergen control, sanitation, labeling, and traceability standards.
Accurately document inspection results, test data, and deviations using established forms and logs.
Conduct pre-operational inspections, production line audits, and environmental monitoring as needed.
Collect product and environmental samples for microbiological and analytical testing.
Assist with the investigation of quality issues and customer complaints; document findings and corrective actions.
Support internal audits and third-party inspections by maintaining organized records and documentation.
Communicate food safety concerns or non-conformances to the Director of QA or appropriate leadership promptly.

Job Summary
The QA Technician will perform quality assurance/utilization review duties, assist with product testing, and conduct routine inspections to provide data for use in the correction of potential problems and to meet requirements of regulatory agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure all cannabis and cannabis containing products produced at the facility are processed and tested in accordance with regulatory agencies
Assist QA team with sample preparation
Create and review transportation manifests/sample submission forms for test samples.
Ensure proper tracking of lab samples using appropriate systems
Communicate to QA Lead or QA Manager when quality issues occur.
Review and document all test results.
Assist in monthly GMP/Sanitation/Security inspections and follow up on corrective actions
Assist in investigating consumer complaints by determining root cause, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures, responding to complaints in the required timeframe, and analysing complaint trends.
Maintain records for GMP training, including QPs, SOPs etc.
Ensure all employees are trained on the procedures for their departments
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in the QA Manual
Qualifications
Must meet the age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies
Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies

1-3 years working in the cannabis industry, a laboratory, or in quality assurance preferred.

What your 2nd-shift day looks like
You arrive ready to build high-conductance flexible circuits and intelligent wiring systems that power our customers' products. You review the work order, set up your station, and dial in the equipment to meet exacting customer specs. Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician to support our daily manufacturing operations. This role helps ensure every product meets our quality standards by supporting the systems that keep our output consistent for customers. The Quality Technician will work closely with on-site Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to identify issues, assist with corrective actions, and reduce variation in our processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining reliable, repeatable production and ensuring compliance with both customer and internal standards.
What You'll Do:
* Perform routine quality checks, measurements, and visual inspections to ensure products create exceptional experiences for our customers
* Support on-site manufacturing quality process control activities and maintain accurate documentation
* Assist in maintaining quality records, equipment logs, and inspection documentation to support consistent production and compliance
* Work directly with local Production, QA, and Engineering teams to provide data and observations during root cause analysis (RCA/CAPA) efforts
* Monitor visual and dimensional product characteristics, especially color consistency, and promptly communicate discrepancies to supervisors
* Collect, organize, and report quality and process data for trend analysis and continuous improvement
What You'll Need to Have:
Required:
* Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience in quality
* 0-1 years of experience in a production, quality, or manufacturing support role
* Working knowledge of basic quality tools (control charts, check sheets, 5 Whys, basic FMEA concepts)
* Ability to perform accurate measurements, visual inspections, and data collection
* Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and basic data analysis techniques
* Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred:
* Experience with visually critical characteristics such as color consistency
* Exposure to quality audits, feedback loops, or process verification activities
* Familiarity with ISO standards or retail/consumer product compliance
* Experience in wholesale, retail, or direct-to-consumer manufacturing environments

Job Summary
The technicians are for executing extraction, infusion, processing, and packaging plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures for cannabis production. Technicians conduct the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the cannabis production cycle, including packaging, and labeling of cannabis for our customer.
Lab: Learns the extraction processes to facilitate and drive distillate and concentrate production. The technician will perform a broad range of duties related to day-to-day operations and production of oil. That includes preparation and extraction of plant material, the preparation of solutions, supplies, materials, and equipment, cleaning & maintenance of equipment and facilities proper and safe use of equipment and materials.
Kitchen: Responsible for having the basic knowledge of all daily operations in an edible and cannabis infused kitchen. Assisting in the preparing food items and other culinary activities as directed by the kitchen manager. Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment and operating all equipment safely in its intended manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Packaging: Operating and maintaining kitchen and packaging systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, running, and troubleshooting systems; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning production areas, kitchen workspaces and tools.
Ensure daily QA/QC compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.
