RangerPRINT at Kilgore College is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue by promoting our full range of print and fabrication services to local businesses, nonprofit organizations, schools, and community partners.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, enjoy building long-term relationships, and be confident working independently in the field. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary, a 5% to 10% commission on all sales, and additional quarterly bonuses based on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Position responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a client portfolio through prospecting, cold calls, referrals, and networking events.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate RangerPRINT solutions, including print, large format, signage, and specialty fabrication services.
Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and regional education entities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Attend chamber of commerce functions, expos, and other community events to promote RangerPRINT.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Report weekly on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Represent Kilgore College and RangerPRINT with professionalism and integrity.
Minimum Position Requirements:
Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in print, signage, advertising, or related industries.

Campus safety officers will be primarily stationed on the Kilgore or Longview campus, but may serve in other areas as needed. * SUMMARY
Incumbent is responsible for assisting with all the technical duties required for setting up and running audio/visual productions for campus facilities. The incumbent will also assist with setting up, breaking down, and general maintenance for all events booked at the college; as well as, operational services for the buildings of the college facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Assist with setting up audio/visual equipment for meetings, conferences and scheduled events;
* Actively monitors each event and oversees quality control of the audio visual equipment;
* Assist in assessing the needs of internal and external customers and assists in the preparation of the proper technical audio/visual set up for all college facilities;
* Assist with maintaining the calendar schedule, facilitating general aspects of the audio visual equipment, and ensure that all safety procedures and guidelines are followed during all events held on the campus;
* Serve as back up for all events booked on campus including, taking full responsibility for the operation of all equipment;
* Assist with event set up, breakdown, and general maintenance for all events;
* Work with the Event Management System software applications to ensure efficient set up for all events;

* Provide daily facility maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS

Provide didactic, laboratory, and clinical instruction in all areas of veterinary technology education according to accreditation standards and guidelines. Plan, supervise, and evaluate students in clinical experiences. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: student advising, recruitment, maintaining office hours, participating in college committees, promoting and supporting student extra-curricular activities, participation in the mentor/mentee program, participating in professional development, participating in the faculty evaluation program, working across departments to develop student communication, computation, and problem-solving skills. Faculty are expected to accept courses as assigned which could include non-traditional venues, such as evening, weekend, dual-credit, and/or online courses. This position reports to the Program Director of Veterinary Technology and exercises no supervision.
NOTE: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Restricted-Sustained posture, for prolonged periods; light lifting, some walking, pushing, pulling on a regular basis. Work environment-Minimal hazard/exposure: Standard office setting. Kilgore College Police Department is a fully licensed law enforcement agency within the State of Texas. Police Officers are part of the Kilgore College Police Department and report to the Chief of Police.
Responsibilities and Duties
Officers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all college personnel, students and visitors as well as all college property. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, patrolling the college and surrounding area; conducting investigations; completing offense/incident reports; responding to requests for assistance; maintaining activity logs; testifying in court, when requested; developing and maintaining good working relationships with area law enforcement agencies; and enforcing college rules, regulations, city ordinances, and state and federal laws. Work hours will vary depending on the needs of the department.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment as a police officer for the Kilgore College Police Department: be eligible to work in the United States; be at least 21 years of age; possess a driving record that meets KCPD standards; possess or have the ability to possess a Texas driver's license; be of good moral character and have a stable school, work and driving record; not have been discharged from any military service under less than honorable conditions; hold an active Texas Peace Officer license and meet criteria established by TCOLE to be commissioned as a Texas Peace Officer at the time of employment. A qualified candidate will also possess good written and oral communication skills; and be able to interact with the community in a positive manner. Preference will also be given to candidates that possess a Master Peace Officer's License, TCOLE Certified Instructor, TCOLE Certified Firearms Instructor, ALERRT Instructor certification or any other specialized background that will assist in the training of officers and probationary officers. Note: All applicants will have to pass a complete background check and must not have left any agency with any designation other than an Honorable rating on their F5. Applicant must also have no TCOLE license suspensions due to disciplinary action. Other requirements such as mental health and physical assessment will be determined based on applicant's license status at time of application.
