GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting with them on their hair care needs and recommending products and services. The Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest's total look. They support the Experience Manager (EM) and the Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). General Summary
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity and maintenance of a store's inventory. Follow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received.
Maintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy. Counts must be adjusted as needed after the matter has been properly researched.
Maintain oversight of the following functions within store operations: price change completion, integrity of location codes, manage inventory levels, and adjustments.
Coordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.
Participates in all Inventory Coordinator training and consistently trains and shares knowledge with other store associates.
Work with various Store Support Center departments to ensure proper inventory controls are in place.
Partner with members of management to report and find solutions for inventory concerns.
Complete all other inventory functions as assigned by management.

Job Summary: Patient Care Representatives are responsible for maintaining a friendly, professional environment as our first, and last, point-of-contact for our patients. It is important that Patient Care Representatives are polite, attentive, and organized to enhance the overall patient experience.
Essential Job Functions:
* Greet and direct all patients, visitors, and staff upon entry of the practice. Monitor the reception areas throughout the day and provide assistance as needed.
* Provide a pleasant, and prompt check-in experience for all patients by verifying necessary information and assisting with any questions they may have around the patient questionnaires and forms.
* Print daily team/physician schedules as evidenced by the schedule of appointments for that day.
* Attend to walk-in patients, scheduling inquiries, and prescription/record pick-up as necessary.
* Disseminate pertinent information using telephone systems and/or computer software systems as appropriate.
* Cross-check and update next-day charts as evidenced by the appointment schedule.
* Maintain an orderly and pleasing workspace that ensures both integrity and safety for our patients and staff.
* Complete appointment confirmation calls based on the patient appointment schedule.
* Collect any necessary co-payments, non-covered service fees, and/or any existing account balances during the patient check-out period.
* Fill out essential reports and forms as requested.
* Additional administrative responsibilities as needed.

Role Summary:
Perform paying and receiving function for Bank clients according to Southern Bank service standards, while meeting or exceeding Bank transaction standards, procedures and policy guidelines. Also responsible for identifying customer need opportunities for Bank service offerings, and referring clients to appropriate specialist personnel.
Specific Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities):
Manage paying and receiving function per Bank policy and assigned limits. Accept deposits, loan payments, process negotiable items of various types, and disburse funds from accounts.
Represent Bank to customers and non-customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, and provide prompt, efficient and accurate service.
Possess conversational knowledge of all Bank services and products. Able to identify and discuss product or service opportunities/needs with customers, and refer to appropriate personnel.
Stay current on policy and procedural issues and adhere to Bank policy for all transactions and/or seek appropriate approval for any exceptions.
Manage and maintain Bank security, cash controls and cash level limits per Bank policy. Review negotiable items for counterfeit/fraud. Verify coin and currency for distribution.
May issue Cashier's Checks, Gift cards, or process stop payments or Cash Advances.
May contact other departments/branches for information to help customers.
May process night deposit bags, maintain ATM, and other related paying and receiving duties, in addition to managing personal teller window.
