DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Cleans rooms, hallways and restrooms.
-Washes walls and ceiling, moves furniture and turn mattress.
-Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes. vacuums and polishes floor.
-Dusts and polishes metalwork. 6. Collects soiled linen for laundering from housekeeping carts.
- Assists in keeping the lobby area clean, neat and free of debris and trash as needed.
-Receives linen supplies from laundry and stocks linen closets on guest floors in a neat organized manner.
-Maintains housekeeping carts and stocks supplies.
-Strips soiled linen from beds when asked to help housekeepers.
-Removes trash collected by room attendants.
-Walks all assigned floors at beginning, throughout the day and end of shift to collect trash, soiled linen and other items as assigned by management.
-Transports clean linen to the housekeeping storage rooms on the floors and refills the par stock of linen on each floor
-Refills the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each housekeeping storage area.
-Helps the room attendants with heavy lifting and special cleaning projects as directed.
-Cleans all public areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures.
-Removes soiled linen and trash from the pool side and other service areas and takes to appropriate locations in the prescribed
manner.
-Assists housekeeping with placing bed boards, roll-ways beds, extra bed etc. in appropriate fashion per standard operating
procedures.
-Responds at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues.
-Handles any tasks assigned by the supervisors as and when needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires walking and standing for significant periods. Requires the ability to perform physical labor: lifting (up to 75 pounds frequently). Essential Functions for the Guest Service Agent:

Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
Examine and evaluate new patients
Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
Establish a plan goal and time frame
Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
Measure and track intervention effectiveness
Educate the patient on continuing care
Required Skills
Accredited PT program graduate
Up-to-date state PT license
Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
1+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience
Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in NC
Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population
Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience
