Responsibilities:
* Support and follow the Company Safety Program
* Support daily welding operations (MIG, TIG, Resistance, or Robotic welding as applicable)
* Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot welding equipment, tooling, and fixtures
* Perform cut and etch inspections to evaluate weld penetration, fusion, and nugget size
* Conduct destructive weld testing (peel tests, chisel tests, torque/tension tests, macro-etch samples, etc.)
* Perform basic nondestructive testing and inspections such as visual inspection, dye penetrant, and magnetic particle (as applicable)
* Interpret inspection results and identify weld defects or process deviations
* Assist with corrective actions and process improvements based on inspection findings
* Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and inspection standards
* Support weld process validation, trials, and customer or internal audits
* Maintain accurate records of inspection results, weld parameters, and test data
* Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
