Excellent place to work. Very little politics. Their motto is to 'Do the right thing"
Long drive to the office. Particular business sector was wanning.

The original CEO at GES was the founder. He was very involved in the day to day business and very knowledgeable. He was replaced by a guy from Apple who looked and sounded impressive, but was less involved and less capable. The rest of the managers were great, except for the HR Director, who was not in touch with what was going on with the employees.
The culture of the company was good when they had a HR Generalist, who organized events, recognized individuals on birthdays, etc., and organized employee events. After they eliminated all HR positions, it was no different going to work than going to the store.
It's hard to prepare for an interview at GES/KEI because most of their work is done under NDAs so you don't know what they do. It is easier, now, to find information on KEI's website.

GES was founded by a Vietnamese man who hired a lot of Vietnamese. There was a lot of diversity.
The people were great to work with and the managers were very supportive.
None— there’s no supervision so you can basically do whatever you want
Management is gone and clueless. And if there is problems within an area, you just kind of deal with it on your own.
None, they discriminate, even though they say they don’t open door policy is not an open door policy. Do not work for Kimball Electronics.
