Production Operator

Our production positions are quite structured in order to consistently produce our products with minimal quality variation. These positions include titles such as: Assembly Workers, Packers, Box Build, Solder, Intermediate Touch Up, Machine Dispense, Machine Robot, Machine Screeners, Machine AOI, and other entry level openings. Our shop floor operators work hands on to manufacture product needed for customer demand and to meet on time delivery for optimum customer satisfaction.
Basic Background requirements are:
Successfully Interview with relevant hiring team

Key Performance Objectives Include:
Week 1:
Complete required HR, Safety, Quality and Benefits Orientation
Complete IPC 610/J-STD-001 Training and pass post training assessment
Complete hand solder training and pass post training assessment
Week 2 -6 months
Learn and comply with: Paperless Work Instruction Documentation System, ESD Requirements, Standard Operation Procedures, and where necessary
SAP defect recording and/or Traceability Recording
Begin On-The-Job-Training with assigned trainer; Listen and follow instructions
Participate in 45 and 90 day review process
Communicate with other shifts to ensure that relevant information is shared for maximum understanding of production situations (i.e. quality issues, missing parts, machine issues, downtime, etc.)
Loads correct program onto machine by selecting the correct program.
6 months +
Cross train on 3-5 other jobs within the team/shift
Complete Yellow Belt Training and required project.
Participate in one-year review process

Quick Summary:

Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead the development, execution, and lifecycle management of validation programs (VMPs, VPPs, SOPs) for sterile and non-sterile operations.
Responsible for directing and mentoring validation staff across multiple production areas to ensure the proper and continuous function of the operations team and adherence to the established procedures and schedulesin alignment with corporate quality and operational goals.
Assess process validation capabilities within the Operations organization and propose strategies for improvements to help achieve both short-term and long-term corporate objectives.
Direct personnel to the author, complete, and review all associated validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQs).

How will you make an impact?-
Jabil is seeking a Principal Photonics System Engineer focused on enabling design and manufacturing services for cutting edge co-packaged-optics systems, which present new challenges with the integration density of photonic elements at the box and rack level at the EMS environment. This position will engage with leading edge technology companies, transforming photonics as an industry, while contributing to the rapid transformative growth within the Intelligent Infrastructure business unit.
Principal photonic systems engineers in this team have responsibility for a diverse array of functions, all rooted on his/her deep technical understanding of photonic communication links, components, and wireline systems. The job scope includes establishing product engineering expertise for photonic systems both in the central engineering organization as well as the manufacturing sites, early client engagement to understand the requirements and potential manufacturing yield risks, designing test and debug strategies, and providing optical system design services as part of Jabil's design services capabilities.
What will you do? -
Participate in client interactions to funnel in specs, and requirements for system CPO system design
Support client's product design phase with DFM and FMEA guidance
Provide optical wireline system design expertise and to support Jabil's internal product design services
Develop test strategy and quality control gates with the test engineering teams to support process control, as well as data analysis methods/tools
Generate clear documentation of process steps, requirements, specs. Assist factory in translating these into work instructions and visual aids and verify these reflect correctly the requirements.
Work hand in hand with process engineers in early R&D and NPI to analyze yield pareto, identify failure root causes through systemic approaches, and drive the process improvements to enable scalable manufacturing of complex systems.
Devise process control mechanisms and guide the factory site in implementation.
Collaborate with test, reliability, quality engineering teams to enable successful product manufacturing.
Provide technical guidance to product engineers within the team and on-site at the factory, with local team members/ engineers.
Maintain an ongoing engagement with the factory operations and engineering teams to continuously drive process and yield improvements.
Keep abreast of new technologies pertaining to the co-packaged-optics systems with a focus on photonics packaging, fiber-optic connectivity, test and metrology methods and equipment.

The Technical Maintenance position within Kimball Electronics Group is a service and repair provider for production equipment. This equipment includes machines used to manufacture surface mount and through hole printed circuit boards; and associated equipment to test PCBs after manufacture.
Organizationally, the Technical Maintenance is placed within the Manufacturing Engineering branch of engineering, working under the Technical Maintenance Manager. Functionally, the Maintenance Technician maintains the equipment and responds to trouble calls. This groups' primary focus is to maximize equipment up-time.
A Technical Maintenance working within the Technical Maintenance Group executes a variety of tasks. Tasks include:
Test Fixture fabrication / Modification
Maintenance and repair to equipment
Calibration and Validation of equipment
Error proofing
Reading Schematics and test specifications

The SEC Financial Reporting Analyst position is a new role within Corporate Shared Services. This position reports to the Assistant Corporate Controller. The individual in this position will be responsible for supporting internal and external financial reporting functions. The SEC Financial Reporting Analyst also supports our VP, Investor Relations with press releases, earnings release conference calls, investor presentations, communications with Nasdaq and BusinessWire, and coordination of IR events and communications with our sell-side analysts.

Key Performance Objectives
Short Term: (0 to 3 months)
Learn Kimball philosophies to understand our accounting policies and processes
Become familiar with Workiva, our external financial reporting tool
Learn SAP and BPC (consolidation system) navigation, extraction of live data, and reporting modules
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform balance sheet and income statement variance analysis and account reconciliations
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis
Prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules for external quarterly SEC filings
Begin building relationships with each business unit's finance team
Mid Term: (3 to 6 months)
Research accounting rules and regulations
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and other related duties, projects, and support as assigned
Assist with the XBRL tagging process- financial statements and footnotes
Create and enhance process documentation
Understand the quarterly earnings release process, including coordination of IR communications
Assist with the quarterly Workiva set-up process
Long Term: (6 to 12 months and beyond)
Support VP, Investor Relations, including various tasks around press releases, earnings release conference calls, investor presentations, communications with Nasdaq and BusinessWire, and coordination of IR events and communications with our sell-side analysts
Assist with and support external audit requirements by providing necessary reports and data
Become a Workiva power user
Serve as a back-up for other financial processes
