The Marketing Administrative Assistant provides marketing/sales and strategy deployment support (product samples, brand and customer presentation prep, meeting / trade show coordination, event management, merchandising order and inventory management and fulfillment) in support of the brands as well as the K-C North America (KCNA) vision and objectives. Owns the preparation, editing and/or production of presentations for the brands and key customers, ensuring proper use of brand marks and leveraging a broad range of multi-media and PowerPoint materials to communicate clearly, succinctly and in a creative manner as requested.
Owns the preparation and distribution of Annual Business Plan communications for the brands including sales samples, as well as support of materials for the National Sales meeting and various other brand initiatives.
Sales and Sample Kits - owns all aspects of the timeline/communication with vendor/production/distribution for: existing product samples, creative development product samples, Planogram/Annual Operating Plans, ad hoc customer requests, promotional/sweepstakes fulfillment, supply room samples, and packs required for customer or industry meetings.
Ensures accurate and up-to-date inventory of current product packaging and samples in the onsite storeroom.
Merchandising Fixtures - owns all aspects of the timeline/communication with vendor/production/distribution for brand-funded Merchandising Fixtures. Includes management of 3rd party warehousing & fulfillment to ensure delivery of requested units to customer(s). Create/manage all POs for new rack manufacturing and fulfillment. Co-lead RFPs (with Sourcing) for new unit designs when necessary.
Central point of contact for internal Consumer Engagement team in managing supply and promotions as well as Sponsorship/Partnership coordination and back-office support.
Event Management - serves as venue liaison and coordinates all aspects of venue arrangements to include meeting room arrangements, audiovisual equipment, rooming lists, and post-event billing. Oversees the procurement of all necessary meeting services (e.g., printing, delivery, video-taping, etc.), soliciting cost estimates, selecting best services, and monitoring cost and quality.
Create pricing authorities for new stock codes and ensure required approval is obtained.
Coordinate volunteer events (National Diaper Bank, Alliance for Period Supplies, etc.).
ETQ Claims Maintenance - serves as brand/BU support for claims system updates to ensure integrity in approved consumer facing messaging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule, coordinate, plan, delegate, and perform operational activities (both technical and managerial) regarding strategic programs:
R2S Process Engineer, cell member for the WH
UMS FI and Logistics pillars team member.
For both previous points, this role will support with times & movement Studies, Internal logistics initiatives oriented to optimize material management and identify savings opportunities.
Will also coordinate the efforts of the cell on ensuring reliability of the current assets to avoid disruptions to the operations.
5S's & housekeeping (As a system, Factory wide): by coordinating teams on building and maintaining a sustainable process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering: Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical or equivalent.
2+ years of hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing. CPG/FMCG strongly preferred.
Experience with Statistical Control Process, Kaizen, and basic CI proven experience. Process Mapping and gap analysis.
Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, influencing, strong observation and auditing, collaborator, critical thinker.
Experience executing projects using Continuous Improvement methodology preferred (TPM / WCM /Kaizen / Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt).
Excellent computer and analytical skills, proficient in proficient in data collecting systems and/or software like Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, CMMS, and Visio.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Union factory experience.
Experience and proficiency with AutoCad, SolidWorks or any other design software.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $69,360 to $104,040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.

The Maintenance - Packaging Machinist will under minimal direction of management or other employees, safely performs and guides: the coordination and repair, replacement, installation, inspection, enhancement, optimization, testing and troubleshooting of all pack floor facilities, including high-speed packaging equipment such as cartoners, case packers, etc.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
As the Maintenance - Packaging Machinist must have mechanical experience and knowledge with high-speed packaging equipment, hydraulics including DCV valves, pneumatics including different types of actuating cylinders, gearboxes, drive systems, transport conveyors and associated subcomponents, and performing line mechanical changeovers. Working knowledge of PLC, Frequency Drives, Process Controls is a plus. Must be able to display manual dexterity and perform all physical demands as outlined in the job description; and understand and follows all GMP/Plant Hygiene guidelines when performing their daily functions as well as being able to work with little or no direction on a team/in a group.
All activities must be performed in strict compliance with Unilever standards and safety guidelines.
+ Performs Preventative Maintenance Routines including accurate, complete, and timely follow-up documentation. This documentation includes computerized work order updates, inventory transactions, verbal and written reports, etc.
+ Effectively troubleshoot equipment for repairs/replacement including accurate, complete and timely follow-up documentation including work order updates, inventory transactions, verbal and written reports, etc. for all equipment on the packaging floor.
+ Effectively uses hand/power tools and shop equipment to machine, manufacture or modify and/or repair parts from drawings and/or sample.
+ Effectively work with Managers, operators, contractors, service people, vendors/suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
+ Defines, selects, and requests parts and materials for project work/equipment repair while following approved procedures.
+ Effectively communicates with others by participating in shift handovers, responding to questions, and seeking feedback/input.
+ Perform all tasks and responsibilities in a fashion that assures personal safety and the safety of others and equipment. Report any non-conformance to safety standards.
+ Move and operate various equipment including but not limited to forklift, highlift, etc.
+ Effectively works and participates in a team environment
+ Inspect used parts to determine dimensional changes using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments and diagnose to prevent future problems.
+ Actively participates and/or leads in project initiatives and selected cross-functional teams as approved
+ Required to stay up to date on emerging technologies and techniques relating to area(s) of expertise.
+ Schedules and plans daily activities and project initiatives.
+ Performs/follows quality related practices (i.e. SPC, TQM, GMP etc.)
+ Required to train others, participate in training design and initiate efforts to develop or modify training programs.
+ Required to stay up to date on emerging technologies and techniques relating to area(s) of expertise.
+ Maintains and cleans: Work area, job site, tools and equipment.
+ Share job related knowledge and information with management and peers.
+ Completes other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need To Succeed
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role
+ Effective troubleshooting skills is a must.
