**CNC Machining Production Manager - 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)**
This leadership role is based at **Caterpillar's South Milwaukee** facility, a key manufacturing site specializing in the production of large, heavy-duty earthmoving equipment used in mining and construction worldwide. The facility integrates advanced manufacturing processes, precision assembly, and high-performance coatings to deliver machines that meet global standards for durability and reliability.
As a **Production Manager** , you will oversee and coordinate operations across the **CNC machining and turning divison (5-axis including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, boring)** . You'll ensure seamless workflow, resolve operational issues, and uphold Caterpillar's commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position requires strong leadership to manage a team of 20-25 unionized production employees while driving efficiency and fostering a collaborative culture.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Create reports and records of production processes, tool issues, performance, and inventory; share insights with managers and provide actionable recommendations to improve safety, productivity, and quality.
+ Prepare, maintain, and update documentation related to operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards to ensure all processes and products meet desired standards.
+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives by managing improvement boards and maintaining accurate records.
+ Supervise daily activities of fabrication workers, assign tasks, ensure coordination between teams, monitor performance, and enforce safety protocols.
**Top Candidates Will Bring:**
+ An Associate, Technical Degree, or higher preferred.
+ **2+ years of leadership experience** in a manufacturing environment
+ Hands-on experience with **heavy earth-moving equipment** .
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of Power BI and SAP.

The span of coverage will be within the Wisconsin, Iowa and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.The candidate is preferred to reside in the Milwaukee, WI metro area as that is the center of the territory. The Candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Magnetic Resonance portfolio across assigned accounts and territory by effectively positioning and differentiating Bayer solutions from competitor offerings;
* Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, Magnetic Resonance technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees (VACs) to expand Bayer's MR presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;
* Identify key decision-makers, navigate complex buying processes across health systems and accounts, and understand the full customer dynamic to influence adoption;
* Partner and proactively communicate with account managers (National Account Managers (NAMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Account Managers (AMs), working accountably to their delivery on activities) and cross-functional colleagues (Service, Clinical, Medical) to integrate MR solutions into strategic accounts;
* Develop and execute a territory business plan that reflects MR-specific opportunities, customer needs, and account priorities by establishing clear goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grants, education);
* Generate quotes and scope proposals with oversight from SAMs/AMs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and compliance standards;
* Utilize EVS tools and business insights to support customer needs and drive value, while proactively logging calls, opportunities, competitive intelligence, and account activity in customer relationship management (CRM) systems;
* Ensure process discipline in CRM usage by maintaining accurate pipeline data, documenting key stakeholders, and logging activities consistently to support forecasting and territory management Leverage data and reporting to make strategic decisions, ensuring accountability and consistency in capturing and managing the product pipeline;
* Act as a proactive business partner to Customer Squad team, sharing insights on customer trends internally and contributes toward key account plans;
* Provide complete reports on sales performance, account activities (including competitive intelligence), and technical inquiries to leadership;
* Deliver in-suite clinical and business presentations, demonstrating a deep knowledge of MR products, including GBCAs, molecular structure, clinical indications, package inserts, common objections, and MR procedure workflows;
* Offer insights on MR market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs to inform Bayer strategy and tactical adaptations;
* Ensure seamless sales handoff in-suite to support transitions from initial engagement to service, clinical, or implementation teams, ensuring continuity and customer success;
* Travel as required across assigned accounts, with expectations for consistent in-suite time with radiology teams to deepen engagements and advance adoption;
* Manage budget and resources effectively, including expense reporting; protect company assets and ensure compliance with Bayer policies, pharmaceutical regulations, and ethical standards in all engagements.

* Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline;
* 5 or more years of healthcare sales experience;
* 3 or more years of experience focused on MRI technology, contrast agents, and regulatory & safety standards or industry experience in MR imaging suites (e.g., HCP, technologist, etc.);
* Ability to use company generated AI tools.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 95,680.00 to $ 143,520.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience as territory manager in medical devices (cardiovascular interventional space preferred).
* Successful Sales experience in catheter technology with occlusive vascular disease, endovascular, atherectomy, stent, coronary sales experience with peripheral influence preferred but not required.
* Working knowledge of contracting process and in-depth knowledge of VAC process.
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales applications and principles.
* Strong influencing skills to represent the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong judgment and balanced decision-making.
* Capable of independently managing time and resources, within the assigned strategic accounts in conjunction with near-term plans to further business goals.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Weld plain and alloy structural steel in all positions
Follow standard work, blueprints, and documented procedures
Perform multi-pass welds on heavy 2” plate
Use jib or gantry cranes to position weld equipment
Grind and dress fabricated weldments
Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and area lifts as needed
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of FCAW experience, including 10+ multi-pass welds on 2” plate
Proficiency in back gouging, carbon arcing, or air arcing
Must pass 3 weld qualification tests using FCAW with large diameter wire (3/32” and .052”)

Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Professional Education (US), you will be instrumental in creating strategic training initiatives that ensure the safe and effective use of J&J Neurovascular products. Reporting directly to the Director of Education, you will oversee a dynamic team of managers and specialists, collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Teams, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales Leadership.
Your leadership will drive the design, execution, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive educational curriculum targeting healthcare providers - from physicians and residents to allied health professionals such as NPs, PAs, RNs, and RTs.
You will establish strong, consultative relationships with our KOL faculty, leaning on their expertise to elevate our training programs, driving creativity to be best in class and including the newest and next technologies.
The Senior Manager-US Professional Education is primarily aligned to the US, but must be cognizant of the global strategy, and may be consulted for regional business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and key stakeholders to develop and execute impactful educational programs that support the US Business Plan, in conjunction with New Product Introductions (NPI) Launch Excellence (LEX) Reviews.
* Maintain oversight of Professional Education discretionary budget with manager and Finance partners, inclusive of Team T&E and sample product forecast.
* Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
* Keep current of the competitive market, treatment trends, technology, competitors, treatment guidelines and new regulations.
* Identify and develop strong relationships with KOL faculty and oversee all consulting HCP & Facility agreements, Faculty Time Records, Faculty Payments, and execution of all planned training programs and activities.
* Evaluate and implement innovative training modalities, which meet the needs of the learner, i.e. web-based applications and technology-based tools, AI platform, AR/VR, Telementoring,
* Maintain the required training documents that fulfill the FDA training commitment for TRUFILL n-BCA Liquid Embolic System and Enterprise Vascular Reconstruction Device with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
* Oversee development and progressive learning stages of the Johnson & Johnson Institute comprehensive and scalable curriculum for Fellows, Residents, and Allied Health Professionals
* Operate under limited supervision and in strict adherence to applicable company guidelines on Regulatory, Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.

At our South Milwaukee facility, you'll be part of a team that builds some of the largest and most powerful mining machines in the world. This facility specializes in the production of Cat Electric Rope Shovels (ERS) used in mining operations around the world.
**Job Summary**
As an FCAW Welder, you'll perform high-quality welds on heavy structural steel components using Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). You'll work in a safety-first environment, contributing to the production of industry-leading equipment.
**What You'll Do**
+ Perform **multi-pass FCAW welds** on heavy 1" plate in all positions
+ Follow blueprints, standard work, and safety procedures to ensure high-quality welds
+ Use jib or gantry cranes to position weld equipment
+ Grind and dress fabricated weldments
+ Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts to access weldments
**What You Need**
+ **1+ year of FCAW welding experience**
+ Experience with **3-5 pass welds** on heavy plate
+ Familiarity with **back gouging, carbon arcing, or air arcing**
+ Strong **safety-first mindset**
+ Willingness to work overtime as needed
