Position Summary
The Wipes GM is responsible for setting the long-term strategic vision and commercialization strategy in North America. Accountable for sustained and profitable growth across the P&L by developing and implementing strategies and tactics that optimize business growth of our solutions and brands in priority industry segments. The responsibilities of this role also include the Development of the strategic framework and overall strategy for KCP North America for Sustainability. This includes managing the execution and adherence of the increasing guidelines/requirements government and regulatory requirements related to Sustainability, development of commercial strategies to advance our value proposition with our customers in this area, managing Thrive our landfill diversion program for all brands in KCP NA (HHT and Wipers).
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Business and Market Strategy and Activation
Establish and execute strategic plan for KCP ABU developed by deep customer and end user insights in partnership with cross-functional teams
Is accountable for the end-to-end ABU P&L, with greater emphasis on commercial growth by leveraging enterprise solutions to deliver
Develop revenue generating marketing strategies and initiatives to increase new business, reduce customer churn and increase loyalty with End Users, DSRs and Distributors, in line with our brand and commercial strategies.
Development and execution of overall KCP NA Sustainability plan
Category Innovation and Renovation
Translates business priorities into category brand strategies, objectives, and plans based on deep segment/category insights. Understands how to effectively win with end user customers through winning product and business-model solutions, pricing, and positioning.
Collaborates with R&E and Supply Chain to develop and bring product and business-model solutions to market at the right cost with the right environmental footprint aligned with ECS strategies, P&L needs, and sustainability goals; engages in demand & supply planning.
Operational Performance
Owns end-to-end category brand strategy and execution of category brands and drives growth in priority brands.
Manage ABU KPIs and profitability, revenue, and customers' targets across brands via a disciplined cross functional operating system with strong metrics to hold the entire team accountable.
Shares responsibility for ABU sales strategy with Segment Sales and channel marketing team
Mobilizes a cross functional team across organizational boundaries, generates commitment and raises performance.
Talent Management
Cultivates and builds strong expertise in category management and brand building
Drive Talent Strategy execution, including strategic talent acquisition, performance and development and workplace culture strategies
Leadership Competencies / Qualifications
15+ years in marketing and general management with demonstrated track record of results delivery and stakeholder management at the country/regional level

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Lead Materials Scientist to join the Sustainability Moonshot & Breakthrough Materials Team focused on the development of emerging biomaterial nonwovens to drive innovative solutions for the Kimberly-Clark Personal Care portfolio. About the Role / What You Will Do
Caterpillar is seeking high school STEM students enrolled in advanced courses or active in STEM clubs to collaborate with our engineering professionals on real projects.

What You Will Do
You will join a team with diverse project responsibilities and have valuable networking opportunities with Caterpillar employees at all levels. The program is a 40-hour-per-week assignment lasting 8 weeks.
You can focus on building technical abilities in roles including (but not limited to):
* Product Design: Engineer components & systems for Caterpillar products to meet our customers' needs. Deliver solutions by leading collaboration with cross functional teams throughout our value chain starting from initial concept through production.
* Simulation/Performance Analysis: CFD - Computational Fluid Dynamics (ANSYS), FEA - Finite Element Analysis, 3D modelling, root cause investigation; system/subsystem/component design optimization, structural dynamics, development and optimization of Engine, Aftertreatment, Battery, Fuel Cell, Powertrain, and/or Machine System performance.
* Test/Validation/Hands on: Apply strong mechanical engineering understanding in a test/validation (hands-on) environment, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with others for optimal results.
* Controls Development: Develop/Implement control system algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink for various control systems including but not limited to engine controllers, machine implement controllers as well as powertrain controllers. Will be responsible for understanding the feature requirement, implementing it as well as testing it prior to a production roll out.
* Electronic Components: Will be responsible for designing and testing various electronic control modules as well as various electronic components. Will work with various internal Caterpillar clients to understand controller/component requirements, help design Printed Circuit Board layouts as well as perform digital/analog/power circuit analysis and testing. Other duties may include working with suppliers, testing the controllers/components in various environments, ensuring that FMEA's [Failure Mode and Effects Analysis] are conducted and documented to meet stringent Caterpillar quality requirements.
* Embedded Software Development: Develop embedded software in C, C# and/or C++ for various electronic control modules. Some examples of embedded software development applications include Datalink communications, Inputs and Outputs [Sensors and actuators], speed calculation, injection/spark timing, memory management, CPU optimization, multi core design and implementation etc. In addition, some areas of work include developing scripts in Python/Visual Basic for automation.
* Software Validation/Verification for Electronic Systems: Verify functionality of a feature or control system algorithm on a HIL [Hardware in the Loop] simulator bench or a SIL [Software in the loop] system. Understand requirements of the feature and/or the schematics of the controller / control system, verify functionality and debug/report anomalies to the development team and help validate fixes.
* Engineering Data Analytics: Leverage ability to write and understand computer code, especially Python; apply knowledge of data analytics/data science, machine learning concepts/tools, and engineering and statistics fundamentals.

The Job You Will Perform:
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Perform routine maintenance (e.g., lubrication, inspections, adjustments) and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems using appropriate tools, manuals, and schematics.
Safely operate and monitor the facility boiler, ensuring steam pressure remains above 180 PSI.
Accurately complete maintenance records and keep supervisors informed of equipment issues and progress.
Work effectively with team members, vendors, and subcontractors to meet maintenance goals and support plant operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall maintenance and production efficiency.
Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
A high school diploma (or GED) is required. One to two years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.

* Provide leadership and direction to area(s) PM/PDM programs, lead maintenance benchmarking activities, and implement and share Strategic Maintenance Performance Metrics to improve cost productivity, plant reliability, and achieve "World Class" maintenance excellence.
* Provide systemic interventions to improve the overall reliability of all equipment, not just a gradual improvement one piece of equipment at a time. Utilize root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to improve overall reliability.

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is responsible for providing fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and to internal partners as required by scientific and business needs.The MSL is considered an established scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products per Therapeutic Area (TA) alignment.The MSL is responsible for staying abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in their therapeutic areas of interest.The MSL provides research support for company and investigator-initiated research.The MSL will function with high integrity and follow credo values.
The MSL is responsible for building external relationships with identified OLs and health care providers (MD, DO, PhD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., bio coordinators) and developing and managing a geographical territory. These relationships and engagements can include both virtual & in-person, with a prioritization of in-person engagements when appropriate.
MSL is responsible for developing and maintaining a territory strategic plan, which includes educational activities with identified OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices.
The MSL role is one that requires a level of competency and experience in the disease state. Qualifications
Required:
A PharmD, PhD, MD, w/ 1-2 years relevant hematology, immunology and/or auto/alloimmune clinical or research disease experience
1-2 yrs MSL experience preferably in rare disease.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and utilization of computers and remote technologies.
Ability to travel up to 70 %.
Preferred:
Launch experience in rare disease is highly preferred.
Significant experience giving presentations is highly preferred.
